Smootheory Spot Protein Bar is a small business in the Schaumburg area that never misses. The food is delicious, with favorite bowls including chunky monkey, very berry, banana cake, and a surprisingly fruity green bowl. The protein shakes, bowls, and teas are excellent, described as *chef’s kiss*. There is a decent selection of manga to read while the bowls are being made. The inside decor is awesome and the story behind it is down-to-earth and wholesome. The atmosphere is great, a chill spot where customers can play games and watch TV. The service is extremely friendly, with staff explaining the menu in an informed way. The spot is a little hidden in the plaza with no big signage, but great for a protein smoothie after a workout or for working remotely.
