“Not your average Dunkin. Coffee and donuts are same as any other location. They DO have sour cream donuts and THEY ARE FANTASTIC.The staff keeps me coming back and I often go out of the way to come to this location. Efficiency and friendliness are plentiful here.“

“Stopped by this morning after seeing their shop from the road yesterday. Let me tell you, these doughnuts do not disappoint! Their doughnuts are deliciously soft and packed with flavor. The cinnamon coffee cake doughnut was phenomenal, as well as the maple bacon (a favorite flavor of mine from when I was growing up). I often times find that gourmet doughnuts like this end up being dry and crumbly, but the ones from Petit Three are perfectly balanced and hold together well. Not only are their doughnuts great, but their coffee is outstanding as well. The iced triple mocha latte was our fav. All around recommend Petit Three Doughnuts!“
“I went through the drive-thru to get a ?RAINBOW CONE? for my birthday. It was my first time ever, and I was not disappointed!!!There are several flavors of ice cream available by the pint or quart. They pack it FRESH. I bought a quart of the Lemon Raspberry Swirl and a quart of the Big Muddy for later. YUMMY!!! They even included cones wrapped in paper that could be used for sharing.The corner location at the traffic signal on Roosevelt Road makes for easy entering/exiting. Parking is plentiful.????My ?RAINBOW CONE? on the waffle cone was fantastic!!! My only difficulty was NOT trying every flavor. “I am sharing this review on behalf of my mom who experienced the best service, tastiest hamburgers and freshly baked Lemon Blueberry Scones. She and her friends play cards every Saturday, most times after playing they go out for dinner; they have tried the location in Itasca for breakfast before cards, but they wanted to check them out afterwards for a burger. They called ahead to see what time they were closing; the person who answered said they were getting ready to close but offered to stay open to make some burgers for them, they placed their order ahead of time so not to keep the staff stay open any longer, when they arrived the burgers were coming off the grill. She commented how the burger was just the right size (she is not a fan of thick burgers), her friend asks if they had any Lemon Blueberry Scones available; they did not but had some scones prepared for baking in the morning and decided to bake off some for them as well. My mom purchased three! I believe the one who serviced them was one of the partners, she invited them to come play large enough to seat the teams and decks of cards nicely. Service like this goes way above and beyond the norm these days, she said she was going to tell her friends about this experience and are plan on meeting there for breakfast before playing cards next week. In this day and time, it is nice to see others care for our seniors with care and respect. It will go a long way... So, if you have never tried Joe Donut in Itasca for their cake donuts, or breakfast or even the hamburgers for lunch - this reviewer would recommend you do so... you will not be disappointed; especially when it comes to their service. “If you haven't had the Carmel Pecan coffee cake, just call and order it. You will absolutely not be disappointed!!! Probably the best coffee cake I've had. The dough is perfection and the pecan filling and caramel topping are to die for. We also had a cherry coffee cake which was wonderful. I can't say enough about this bakery. The donuts are great too!“
“DeEtta’s recently did my wedding cake and sweets for my bridal shower! Wedding cake has a bad reputation… I’ve had plenty that are dry and lack flavor but ours was the complete opposite! Our cake was beautiful, flavorful and so moist. I wish I would have had time to eat more! My only gripe was during the planning process. It was very simple to do an at-home tasting, but when it came to design, the consultant I worked with was not super friendly and basically told me that what I had chosen wouldn’t look good (even though I had several pictures of exactly what I wanted which were simple and beautiful). In the end it all worked out, but it made me really hesitant about the process. With that being said, the cake was delicious and I would absolutely order from them again.“
“Lovely good cake donuts as the base of things. Delightful flavor combinations already worked out on the menu and we also made one from scratch ourselves. Got the salted caramel, the boston crème pie, the m&m and made a caramel icing with graham crackers topping with raspberry drizzle. Coffee was decent too which is a plus. Would definitely recommend as a breakfast treat.“
“Fiene’s has been our favorite find in Naperville for all of our bakery needs! Breakfast is amazing, cakes are to die for and the customer service is off the charts! Every time we host a party we go to Fiene’s and are left with no leftovers because it’s that delicious!“
“Service was good, tables were clean and the food was yummy, a little expensive but they go all out with the portions and unless your a professional eater you will have left overs 4 star's recommend try this, not to mention the menu was stacked so if there's a picky eater with you, don't worry you'll find something.“
“This place was great. We stopped in this morning I had the green bowl & the Oreo donut. I have no idea how he got the bowl of the base so light & airy. Normally bowls are dense, it was not at all, I really enjoyed it. Husband got the peanut lovers shake. It was all so good. It was filling & satisfying. The setup is great, loved the post it note wall.The owner was super friendly & welcoming. He said he’d been in business one year, hope he has many more years of success. He has a great shop.Dietary restrictions: I’m soy & dairy intolerant & there were plenty of options on the menu for me to enjoy.“
“Ordered online through Grubhub/Yelp the day before. I was a little confused by the ordering system for a half dozen/full dozen, but just selected full dozen and added the donuts I wanted in the comment section. The order was ready when I got there, and all the donuts were delicious. Loved the Boston and Bavarian cream, as well as the long johns and buttermilk donut. Donuts are a good size and they put a good amount of filling in the filled donuts. Will be back for sure to try the others!“
“The employee (young lady) you have working the store right this very moment ( Saturday, July 15th at 5:33pm) needs help with customer service. We walked in the empty store to spend money and she did not greet us. Also, when we inquired about whether the store had muffins her response was (with a nasty attitude) "whatever is in there." Needless to say we left without spending a dime. Please train your staff better.“
“Went to try the hot chettos and potatoe half and half corn dog. While the wait time took a while, when they were done, they were nice and hot. The two sauces offered with them were a sweet chili sauce and a spicy mayo. They both were filling and had a good proportion of the hot dog and the cheese.“
“I wanted to send a HUGE shout out to Dion, general manager of the Oakbrook Terrace location. A few weeks ago I put in a large order for my daughter's birthday party. I was expecting to have around 72 donuts and two boxes of coffee delivered at 9am on a Saturday. Apparently there was an issue or glitch of some kind with the third party who manages online ordering/delivery. I received an email at 4am the morning of my daughter's party that my order was cancelled as a result. I called the Oakbrook Terrace location at 6am in a panic and Dion saved the day! He put in my order manually, ran the payment without issue, and got the order out for a 9:00am delivery. Not only that but he was kind, understanding, and very tolerant of a woman panicking about donuts at 6am. Thank you, thank you Dion!Kid-friendliness: The mini-donuts are perfect for little hands. “I received an ad in the mail today, and decided to purchase over a dozen of these donuts. At first bite, they are incredible: soft, smooth, and a right blend of frosting and pastry. I have no doubt that with coffee, it will be heavenly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat.“

“I've read the other reviews and it makes me sad. This is my favorite location and I am there often (it's an addiction) and the crew is the nicest of all the locations. They are also pretty fast. Mobile order or not. The place is really clean too. Have I had an order issue there? Yeah, once or twice but they always fix it and are never rude about it. (Be nice, nothing is worth being a jerk over)Anyway, I am giving 5 stars. This is my favorite location.“
