“So I’ve got the same exact order from Dunkin dozens of time. It tastes like a blueberry scone and it’s SO good. I come to this Dunkin a lot and never have an issue. They’re super quick and efficient. So today I got it and it tasted nothing like my usual order. It didn’t taste like anything actually. So I was hesitant to go in but I decided to. Anees is an ANGEL! She was SO sweet about it! She wanted to remake it personally. I apologize a few times and she was so nice about it. Very personable and attentive.
