“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “Absolutely loved Duck Donuts! 🍩 The donuts are made fresh to order and served warm, which makes them extra delicious. So many fun flavors, toppings, and combinations to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was fun and enjoyable.

“This stall inside Yorktown Mall's food court sells mostly snack items like the signature (and chewy) mochi donut. They have at least 10 varieties of donuts like Oreo, fruity pebbles, and pina colada. The half cheese / half corndog rolled in hot cheetos was tasty, and the boba tea was a good value. I had to wait a while for the latter two, but employees were friendly enough. Typical mall pricing, which is to say somewhat expensive.“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“This DD was closed for 10 long days for a remodel and I tried other locations and no one does it better than this one, in fact I stop trying other locations during the 10 days.I had found it a couple years ago and get my coffee almost everyday from here. The products, especially the coffee is always consistent. The staff is the best I have experienced like no other. Only smiles and eager to serve!“

“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

Said goodmorning to her in a normal way and she never says anything. Then when I asked how I want my order she has this nasty attitude. Happened on 09/22/26 around 9am. “Im a frequent customer at this particular Dunkin Donuts. The African american cashier was very rude & unapologetically for messing up my food & drink today. Her exact words are: I gave you what you gave me and then told her fellow coworkers that she was over it today. Keep in mind it’s 9am in the morning and you are the very first face that a customer sees at this establishment coming in, she was NOT working the drive through. Her customer service was terrible. “Your experience, I have found, definitely depends on who is working, but went here last weekend and the girl with freckles and the girl with the hijab were absolutely lovely!! They were so polite and sweet, definitely the employees that will keep people coming back. Very efficient and conversational, drinks were done in under a minute and were great. “I'm a frequent customer, mainly for their large iced coffee. Friends often give me gift cards fur Dunkin. Unfortunately, their food items are not good. The toasted cheese sandwiches taste rubbery and burnt on one side. and the egg and cheese croissants are hard with again rubber like eggs. Now the last two times even the iced mocha coffee tasted bad. The workers don't seem to put much effort into anything. Was happy to see this location open as it's close to home but their service and products leave much to be desired. I'll be going back to the Palos location from now on. Have never had anything to complain about at that location.“

“I go to this Dunkin almost every night on my lunch break. Well this one time I went during the day and I ordered my usual Butter Pecan signature latte with cream and sugar. (The guy on nights make it perfectly. When I come to the drive through he know it's me) lol. Well on days I forgot to ask for the cream and sugar, there were two ladies on days one of them made my latte already and I asked the young lady could she add cream and sugar. She tried to tell me that I can't have cream and sugar because it won't taste right. I stated to her that I order this every night and never have a problem. She instantly remade the drink with joy. I could tell her co worker had an attitude and didn't want to make the drink again. Moral of the story they do an exceptional job and SOME of the employees go above and beyond.“
