Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. Everything tasted really great! My man said he finally found some good salmon other than mine lol & he likes it better. It was cooked & seasoned PERFECTLY! Not gonna lie though, for a $20 salmon plate I would have expected more meat. The hearts of palm “fish” sandwich was so good too. Listen this food is just too good. I hate meal prep (and cooking tbh) but wanted to eat better. I felt so lucky to find Bri and her team-- the food they make is magic and I swear to gods they trick me into eating more veggies all the time. And then the comfort food?
