The BEST coffee anywhere at a reasonable price.
We live nearby and THIS LOCATION under John's watch is always delivers EXCEPTIONAL service! We made another mistake and stopped in the Ogden location in Berwyn for a box of Joe and doughnuts and they were out of individual creamer so they rudely gave us a cup of creamer to go. We get home and the creamer was spoiled! It poured out with chunks in it!!! Tried calling and they could care less! Horrible service and attitudes to match! I have been stopping at this location every day on my way to work FOR 10 YEARS. I don't know what changed, but for about a month now, I get told to pull around and park for a coffee order. They come out with my order literally 5 seconds after I'm done parking. It's a hassle, especially since parking there is difficult and inconvenient. Maybe it's time you switch to another DK location.
