“Went inside for coffee after a morning walk. We ordered some coffee, a donut and a breakfast sandwich. I guess they didnt hear the sandwich order, because it never came out, but they checked the order and we didnt get charged so we just left it at that. It wasn't busy inside or at drive through when we ordered.“

Favorite is the avocado toast and omelet bites. Theres so many different Dunkin’s to go but the one in Lemont on 127th is my favorite. I pick them over others any day. “I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“We absolutely love this place. The food is great, the customer service fantastic, and they always donate to local schools and help support the community. The owners are incredibly personable, and always personally greet us when we come in. You can always see one of the owners helping customers, running the register, taking out food, and/or busing a table. The absolutely lead by example, and I believe this is one of the main reasons Sweet Toast delivers incredible food and customer experiences.“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “This DD was closed for 10 long days for a remodel and I tried other locations and no one does it better than this one, in fact I stop trying other locations during the 10 days.I had found it a couple years ago and get my coffee almost everyday from here. The products, especially the coffee is always consistent. The staff is the best I have experienced like no other. Only smiles and eager to serve!“

“This is one of my favorite Dunkin' stores. My coffee order is always on point, and they make the best Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. The people working there are very friendly and always give quick service, even during busy times. I always stop for coffee when visiting Walmart, to enjoy while shopping.“

Coffee’s always on point, food’s hot, and the crew moves like they’ve got somewhere better to be (in the best way). Even when the line’s wrapped, they keep it pushing. “I hit this location up during the week at least once or twice for my kids. The employees are literally the best! I’ve been to many locations and this is 1 of 2 where I enjoy my experience. “this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“I am in Illinois for 6 weeks and miss DD. I absolutely LOVE 💕 their coffee ☕. I go back to The Thumb in Michigan after Christmas 🎄 and will make my own DD coffee I buy from Meijer's just to have it. This Dunkin Donuts in Hinsdale is located on the way to my Mom's place and I stop 🛑 daily when I go to see her. I love the ladies who work there 🥰.“

Drive van is definitely faster than frozen food
For frozen food once they get you in 20 minutes will be unloaded but God knows how long you’ll be on a dock“
