They get my order wrong a lot. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with milk on the mobile app yesterday and they forgot the syrup completely. I didn't have time to go back since I was on my way to work, but I stopped by this morning to see if I could get syrup to add to it. The two ladies working remade the coffee for me, which I appreciated.
I went in and ordered 3 iced caramel late or idk what it was but i read it off from the screen. I literally said iced but they gave me all 3 of them hot. Plus I also asked for 2 of them to be decaf and they gave them regular. That is so ignorant cause theres people that cant be drinking caffeine and they ask for something and you dont do it that does not sound right.
