“This stall inside Yorktown Mall's food court sells mostly snack items like the signature (and chewy) mochi donut. They have at least 10 varieties of donuts like Oreo, fruity pebbles, and pina colada. The half cheese / half corndog rolled in hot cheetos was tasty, and the boba tea was a good value. I had to wait a while for the latter two, but employees were friendly enough. Typical mall pricing, which is to say somewhat expensive.“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“This DD was closed for 10 long days for a remodel and I tried other locations and no one does it better than this one, in fact I stop trying other locations during the 10 days.I had found it a couple years ago and get my coffee almost everyday from here. “The soft-spoken woman who makes the cakes at this location is one of the kindest people I've encountered in a food service setting in my whole life. I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.“

“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“

“I am in Illinois for 6 weeks and miss DD. I absolutely LOVE 💕 their coffee ☕. I go back to The Thumb in Michigan after Christmas 🎄 and will make my own DD coffee I buy from Meijer's just to have it. This Dunkin Donuts in Hinsdale is located on the way to my Mom's place and I stop 🛑 daily when I go to see her. I love the ladies who work there 🥰.“
