“Wanted to drop off some donuts to our companies account. Sure enough, spotted the Dunkin' Donuts on Cermak Avenue & Ridgeland Ave Area. Place was busy, Clean and the staff was extremely people focused. Got up In Queue, Placed my order for a dozen mixed & various donuts, informed the server that you can mix & match them up as you fit and surely made the presentation impressive. Definitely my go to when in Berwyn! Cheers and have a great Day!“
“One of fastest morning drive thrus I’ve been to! The ladies that work the AM shift are extremely professional, nice , and efficient! The coffee comes out perfect& donut are decent ( I think they come premade made now so that’s out of the staff control ) Best DD in Berwyn .“
“It was Sunday night, after 9pm and there wasn't ty oo much ice cream left. But the young man that was working the window was so very polite and customer service oriented. He was the only one working too, and with a smile. I will definitely drive a lil further to go there again with hope that he'll wait on us again. Great job guy.“
“As a neat one of a kind thing to do, it fits that, although I have been to other similar types of places. They do have a unique picture taking “tour” that you can pay for that has staff take you around and get your picture in some of their special 2D items. Staff are friendly when they are with you. The place is small inside, if you make a reservation they will serve you, if you walk in they may not have time or space for you and you will need to wait or make an on the spot reservation. Limited on street parking but there is a parking garage at Marshall’s/Michaels across the street for shopping at their locations. The food, while cute and fun, is good but nothing great for chicken sandwiches. Fries are ok, donuts were good, the cat pudding is just pudding with whatever flavor you choose, but fun to draw a face and jiggle.“
“I wish I had a picture, but I ate the donuts too fast... LOL. The past few weeks, I have purchased these not only for my husband and I, but also have taken them to my sister and brother's place as a little pick me up. Neither of them believed the donuts were vegan. They were so happy with the treat I brought them, definitely my new go-to when bringing something sweet to someone's home. We have tried the chocolate and regular glazed, Oreo, apple fritter, coffee cake, and Boston crème. All fab and I cannot wait to try the others!“
