Dunkin' is a popular spot for a quick coffee fix. The manager is commended for their leadership, and employees are praised for their friendly and helpful service. The coffee is always fresh and stirred, and the staff is patient and attentive. Customers appreciate the great customer service, with staff being polite, friendly, and quick to apologize if there is any delay. Many mention that employees go out of their way to make drinks good, even upgrading to larger sizes as a kind gesture. The location is convenient for waiting near Midway airport, with plenty of chairs and tables for a bite, conversation, or enjoying a great cup of coffee. While parking is limited in the lot and on the street, the friendly staff and quality drinks make this a favorite spot, especially for those seeking vegetarian options like bagels with cream cheese, sandwiches, and wraps. Vegan and lactose-free milk options such as oat and almond milk are available, making it suitable for various dietary restrictions. The drive-thru adds convenience for families with small children, and the menu options are kid-friendly. Despite some concerns about employee rudeness from a few, many customers have positive experiences and return regularly to this Dunkin'.
