The dining room can get crowded, but the restaurant provides discounts for Firefighters in uniform. While the overall experience is positive, there have been some instances of unprofessional behavior from the kitchen staff, which can be disappointing. However, the restaurant is known for its exceptional fried chicken sandwiches, which feature a unique and delicious combination of a vanilla glazed donut, crispy chicken, lettuce, pickles, and mayo.
