Worst location in Chicago in my opinion food is always burnt ,drinks are half full and not hot ,at best the drinks are lukewarm. Staff has an attitude in the morning . A women with an African accent and a Hispanic women are very rude in the morning shifts between 6 am and 9 am . Literally wish I could give no stars .
Came in 4/26/23 between 7-7:20am. Address: 1015 W Lake St, Chicago IL. Over charged my teen by $15. Still trying to get my money back. Someone is stealing. Waiting to hear from franchise owner..truly zero stars

Trash service they say open at 5 am do a mobile order here as I do every Friday the lady is rude and you can see her taking bagels out of garbage bag and putting em in the racks to serve kinda nasty last time I'll order here.
