I love seeing Shake Shacks popping up around Chicago and near my office is even better. I stopped here for lunch every so often and enjoy it. It's right off the L if you're commuting which is convenient. You can never go wrong with their burgers and the chicken is pretty good too. Staff is always friendly and quick to serve.
London was my cashier. This was me and my children first time visiting Shake Shack. London was very patient and knowledgeable while taking my order.Kid-friendliness: I dined in with my children. Very cool calm kid friendly environment. Food was delicious.
