“I stopped coming to this location because of the lack of cleanliness and professionalism but I just so happen to stop in the other day to grab a coffee really quick. I didn’t expect a complete 180 when I came. Hector the new manager is doing an amazing job with turning the store around for better. I didn’t have one complaint. They we’re so friendly as soon as I walked through the door greeting me with smiles. He even showed me how to use the app for points and all that good stuff. The place was spotless compared to last year. Bathrooms were clean and smelled good for a change. Lobby was well organized and not thrown together like before. I almost sat down just to take it all on but I was running late for work. 10/10 improvement! I can honestly say that they have made me a believer. They have gained a lifelong cunstomer I’ll tell you that much.“
“I stopped by this Dunkin' while visiting my sister at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. Even though we were just outside the city limits, you can't escape The Windy City! This location is super convenient for anyone visiting loved ones at the hospital. The staff here are always friendly, even when dealing with crazy Chicago weather or traffic on nearby I-290. They have the coffee and breakfast sandwiches down perfectly. I got an iced coffee to combat the snow and wind that Chicago is known for this time of year. It did the trick to warm me up!Nearby you'll find classic Oak Park homes and streets laid out in a grid like elsewhere in Chicagoland. After my visit, I took a stroll by Frank Lloyd Wright's Home and Studio, just a few blocks west. It's a great reminder of why Chicago is called The City in a Garden.Whether you're a visitor or local, this Dunkin' is a spot to refuel. The prices are reasonable for hospital coffee and food. I give it 4 stars for location and quality - it won't let you down like the Cubs. Stay warm, friends!“
“This dunkin donuts is always good in making the order correct but today they shorted me an egg in my big N Toasty I have already driven far away when I realized I was not going to turnaround and lose more time to go get it corrected. Awesome staff at this location.“
“Heavenly, the wonderful gal at the drive up window on Madison in Oak Park is amazing! My 3.5 year old grandson knows her by name and makes me roll down the car window so he can say "hi" to her. This Dunkin Donuts puts out great tasting, fresh product and they are fortunate to have Heavenly on staff! Great job Dunkin and Heavenly!Kid-friendliness: Kind, nice employees!“
“Picked up a chai latte and some snacks for the family. My drive through experience was quick and our order was on point. This place has an OG DD vibe. I can’t speak to the interior, I didn’t have the chance to check it out but I did see customers entering by foot.“
“As a neat one of a kind thing to do, it fits that, although I have been to other similar types of places. They do have a unique picture taking “tour” that you can pay for that has staff take you around and get your picture in some of their special 2D items. Staff are friendly when they are with you. The place is small inside, if you make a reservation they will serve you, if you walk in they may not have time or space for you and you will need to wait or make an on the spot reservation. Limited on street parking but there is a parking garage at Marshall’s/Michaels across the street for shopping at their locations. The food, while cute and fun, is good but nothing great for chicken sandwiches. Fries are ok, donuts were good, the cat pudding is just pudding with whatever flavor you choose, but fun to draw a face and jiggle.“
“I wish I had a picture, but I ate the donuts too fast... LOL. The past few weeks, I have purchased these not only for my husband and I, but also have taken them to my sister and brother's place as a little pick me up. Neither of them believed the donuts were vegan. They were so happy with the treat I brought them, definitely my new go-to when bringing something sweet to someone's home. We have tried the chocolate and regular glazed, Oreo, apple fritter, coffee cake, and Boston crème. All fab and I cannot wait to try the others!“
“I went to D&D's place for the first time, and the donuts are the best. The owners of D&D have a loving and caring spirit and make you feel welcomed. Not only do they have the best Donuts, but I also found out that they support the community. They have a variety of Donuts. They even have Bow Tie Donuts. If you haven't tried the Donuts, I suggest that you give them a try. You won't be disappointed, and they are The Best Blessed Donuts in Chicago.Support Black Business ?♥️?✨️??“
“My son and I stopped by here Saturday! After eating here my son mentioned going vegan! We had Philly sliders, birria tacos, hibachi stir fry w/2 egg rolls, lemon pepper & spicy wings ( using lion manes mushrooms)Vegan lemon doughnuts & the best hibiscus tea with edible flowers!!!“
“Every time I visit Firecakes in Oak Park, they always have a great display of donuts, a clean shop and the service is always great. I love their seasonal donuts and I have never been disappointed with my choices. I am not a coffee person so I have not tried their coffee, but the donuts are definitely worth the visit!“
