“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“We got our daughter’s 4th Birthday cake from here. We chose princess themed and were able to customize. We went in and the gentleman taking our order was very attentive and wrote everything down. I called two days before to confirm and they immediately knew what I was talking about. Pick up was a breeze and everyone loved the vanilla on top (two tier) and chocolate strawberry on the bottom ice cream cake. It was decorated well and I could tell they took their time. I am very pleased and would totally go back!“

“Let me start by saying that this is not only my go-to Dunkin Donuts but my go-to coffee spot and it's all thanks to Jessica. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted by my name (Katya - not easy pronounce but she does it perfectly), she knows my order, and her smile radiates from beyond the drive-thru window.

It's something small, but Jessica takes the time to ask me how I am doing and is always a ball of sunshine. That type of positivity, on top of my extra espresso shot in my coffee? What's a better way to start the day?

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“Ran into this location for a friend's birthday, as she loves Dunkin. The place was nice, clean, the staff was friendly and service was superb. The clientele however needed a whooping. As one man grabbed the wrong order, made it the woman's fault behind the counter than threw it at her and demanded a new one. Very low class. With weather 90 degrees Fahrenheit, actually was much hotter than outside. I asked why it was so hot, and they unfortunately replied that the air conditioning was broken throughout the entire place. I couldn't stand the heat. However, everyone was incredibly helpful and did their best under these sweltering conditions inside Dunkin' Donuts.

I confirmed that no one could tolerate the heat inside due to the lack of ventilation. I appreciate the efforts of the employees who work hard to improve the business every day, no matter the circumstances. Prices were fine too.My t-shirt did get stuck in the printer and there was a lot of screaming & flailing, but I don't hold PrintWithMe accountable. It was my own fault for getting too close and trying to peak inside the printer amidst a print job.“
