It's a 50/50 chance that you'll have decent customer service. I find it really odd that the one employee obsessively will mop the floor at 8:30am right during a breakfast rush. He's also too pushy to listen when someone orders anything. Perhaps, slow down and listen to your customers when they're just ordering an unaltered menu item? Oh! And wait until noonish to worry with the floor. Not during the height of breakfast.

Dunkin' is a top-rated restaurant with amazing service and a kid-friendly atmosphere. The coffee is always good, with fresh iced coffee, hot coffee, and cold brew options. The staff is super nice and welcoming, with wonderful management. However, note that the public washrooms may be unavailable, which can be inconvenient for customers.
