It used to be good when other guy owner it last year. But now the coffee taste bland this guy's shady on the whip cream and flavors donuts are way pricey. Head to Jefferson Park location a dozen are $8.99 ... I go here because it closer to home as I'm on my way to work. But It was way better when the wife and husband ran it. They knew our orders and didn't charge $1 plus for whip cream. Insane the man is also rude too.

Terrible service There are several occasions when the afternoon worker treats us horrible, we ask for the drive thru and he finishes all the orders of the other people. I get out of the car to pick her up and he has finished the orders except mine. The app offers are never valid for me, saying that the offers are not valid in that location. Just like he charged me too much, I went the next day to get my refund. He is a rude person.

Too bad zero isn't an option. Worst breakfast ever, I never go to dunkin thought I would give them a try.. wish I didn't.How do you burn a bagel so badly and still serve it. Poor food quality, poor customer service.. lesson learned. Both sandwiches were gross. Here's a picture for ya.

All reviews negative are for Milin(Mileen) aka MaxMilin aka Max is the worst acting manager period. My wife and I refuse to come here any more after 3 years of being a customer. We live on the same block and after her being mistreated by Milin aka Max the acting manager we have filed a cooperate complaint. It’s a 6$ drink you greedy pig for nothing. Mistreated my wife with cancer not because he denied the drink. because she was willing to pay for 2nd drink.Staff is always better and Milin aka Maxipad should follow their example but better yet quit. The women here are the best!I’ll change my review when he either quits or transfers

Their coffee is always good, but they do not let you use their public washrooms. If you ask, they tell you that they’re out of order and this is been going on ever since Covid hit. It’s now mid June 2023. Isn’t this a code violation? It really shows what they think of us customers & it upsets me. They are happy to take our money but it’s too inconvenient for them to let us use the bathrooms.
