“I have been here a few times and usually the help is just ehh. Went in tonight (Thursday 7/12) and Hannah waited on me. She was very friendly and quick. When I ordered i was the only person in the place. I took my sundae and sat down. A herd of people walked in. Being in the restaurant industry I wanted to see how she handled it and she was great. I'd hire her!!“

“The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and quick with the service. It’s a perfect place for a quick breakfast or coffee break. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again.

Highly recommended for coffee and fresh snacks! ☕🥐“

“Delicious donuts!! Great service. It is a rarity to have a peanut and tree nut free bakery…even more rare to taste so good!! We will definitely be back any chance we get. We highly recommend this sweet shop!!!“

“I tried the donuts from Mini Donut Factory, and it was unforgettable! These little masterpieces literally melt in your mouth—fresh, fluffy, and incredibly delicious. If you’re looking for something special to treat yourself or your loved ones, this is the place. Highly recommend!“

“I usually order a matcha iced latte with banana syrup. The woman with the pink hair makes my drinks and she’s very friendly. Today, there was a new face and I overheard that he’s worked there for months. What threw me off was how he kept wiping his nose and running his hands through his hair while taking orders, then making drinks and serving food. My coffee tasted warm (I ordered a banana iced latte with cf). So I ordered a matcha to make up for it, but the drink itself was overly sweet and way too milky compared to the past drinks I’ve ordered. Maybe it was just a bad day, but overall it’s been decent.“

“Wonderful donuts!! Better than Dunkin’!! Let’s support the small businesses“

“Thank you, Backlot Coffee, for letting us use our personal cups again and helping to protect the environment.“

“I was just passing through on a solo trip and saw how cute this shop looked on the outside and decided to duck in! Super cute and cozy atmosphere for being a smaller shop, featuring super cute croissant waffles and the best peach oolong tea I've encountered. And I've tried A LOT of Bubble Tea places. I'll keep this place on my radar when I come back!!“

“This Donut Shop is the best!! It has the most delicious donuts I’ve ever tasted, completely freshly made. Nothing compares to it. The owner is very kind and friendly as well, overall an amazing place that can’t be passed up!“

“A huge THANK YOU to Central Continental Bakery for creating the most beautiful, delicious cake for my daughters baby shower. I cannot tell you how many guests asked me where it was from. Their attention to detail is extraordinary. Their patience (Bobby) was above and beyond and he really listened to my description of what I was trying to achieve. THANK YOU! Thank you for making our special day even that much more beautiful!“

“Fantastic cake donuts and danishes! Schlegl's is a treasure. If you are in need of a morning (or afternoon) treat, go there! It's much better than a national chain or a supermarket! (I liked Dominick's cake donuts too, but Shlegl's's are bigger and better!) I only wish I lived closer....“

“The donuts are fantastic! But above all else, the service was 10/10. They acknowledged their mistake of making and charging me for an extra drink and rectified it by refunding us and letting us keep it! The people working behind the counter are genuinely happy and upbeat. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town!“

“OMG. Just OMG. I work out for these.“

“love this place. So cute, great coffee, and the people are the best. “We had the pleasure of enjoying Transylvania Kitchen’s food at the Romanian Community Summit in Chicago, and everything was absolutely amazing! Gabriela and her team did a fantastic job. I especially loved the creative idea of showcasing dishes from different regions of Romania—it made the experience even more special and was such a wonderful way to represent the diversity of Romanian cuisine. Delicious, authentic food and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!“

“Great variety of specialty donuts“

“They offered a wide variety of baked goods. You can see everything while waiting in line to order. I ordered their green tea and strawberry mousse cakes. The cake parts were a little stale, but the filling made it nice and light. Overall, pretty good.“

“Everything is fresh the coffee the bagels! Super friendly staff I have always been greeted with a huge smile.
And I'm so glad they get my order correct every time 😁 I'm sensitive to caffeine and sugar, so it's very important, when I ask for decaf, no sugar that my order is correct. I've been to many coffee shops that do not pay attention to that and then I'm suffering the consequences
I will continue to go to this Dunkin' Donuts
And would highly recommend it😊“

“I love the Donuts and coffee“

“Great service the woman who works the evening shift is super friendly and great customer service.“

“Let me start by saying that this is not only my go-to Dunkin Donuts but my go-to coffee spot and it's all thanks to Jessica. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted by my name (Katya - not easy pronounce but she does it perfectly), she knows my order, and her smile radiates from beyond the drive-thru window.

It's something small, but Jessica takes the time to ask me how I am doing and is always a ball of sunshine. That type of positivity, on top of my extra espresso shot in my coffee? What's a better way to start the day?

Thank you, Jessica and thank you Dunkin Donuts! This is a long overdue review :)“

“These ladies saved the day! I had a horrible experience with another shop and called them in a panic! And not only were they polite and kind to me, they went above and beyond to meet my needs! Would recommend ! 10 out of 10!! Special thanks to Christy!“

“I love the variety of Flavor Coffees,Teas,Sandwiches, and most of all the one I go to are polite. I'm a regular customer.“

“Love my coffee!! Both hot and cold, also love the munchkins.“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“The breakfast of champions! Consistent wherever you go...“

“I have come here quite a few times for breakfast and I can tryly say that the folks who run this DD are the best!!! They are super polite, very efficient, and always on time. There have been instances when I was running late and needed to get to work on time. I ordered from the app before I arrived and my food was always ready! They're rarely ever have lines to wait and great service. I highly recommend this place.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“The breakfast of champions! Consistent wherever you go...“

“the best better than Starbucks“

“Nice and quite neighborhood“

“I like everything from customer service to food to drinks. Price increase with tax increase, not cool. I'll drive 5 more minutes to beat the raised prices.“

“Outdoor seating was very pleasant. Our server Mary Kate was sweet and very efficient and food came out quickly. My husband liked his brisket tacos but my nachos were boring w/ way too little & runny velveta type cheese. Our hosts each ordered their favorites . Total w/ tip $108. A bit steep for lunch“

“I am a big Dunkin fan and go to several locations and this location is the BEST! They are fast, organized and the most friendly and helpful workers especially my favorite ZARA! She is so kind and friendly and always makes my day with her bright smile and positivity. The whole team there takes great care of me and often knows it’s me by my voice and remembers my order! The one time my cup cracked they had my back immediately too! There are Dunkin’s everywhere but the amazing customer service and kindness is what makes this place stand out. Thank you Zara and her team for being amazing!“
