I often am in the neighborhood, so I ordered from there at least 4 times. The last two were disasters. The first time I order a coffee with pumpkin foam. I got a coffee with whipped cream. I asked them to change it and they did, but their attitude made me uncomfortable. Maybe they act like that so no one complains. The most recent time, I ordered in line for three people. It's a very convenient location, it's on the corner of the plaza, making it easy to slip in and out. Plus, it's right across of the library. The place is super tidy. A worker by the name of Jose Munoz is truly upbeat and just started it seems but does his duty to maintain that store with high standards and great expectations. He works with excellent service always, The Coffee and donuts are always much more tasty then the ones I get at any other location, My usual is always fresh...read full review
