When the owner is not present the place has great service and usually always gets my order correct.Dietary restrictions: They do offer almond milk for those who are lactose intolerant.

I often am in the neighborhood, so I ordered from there at least 4 times. The last two were disasters. The first time I order a coffee with pumpkin foam. I got a coffee with whipped cream. I asked them to change it and they did, but their attitude made me uncomfortable. Maybe they act like that so no one complains. The most recent time, I ordered in line for three people. The three drinks were perfect, but out of 3 bagel bites orders and two snackin bacon orders, we got one bagel bite order. I thought the bag felt light, so luckily I checked it and found the deficiency. Again, they fixed it, but I was in a hurry and had to wait . Again, I got the attitude and dirty looks. People who work there, it was not my mistake and I expected to get what I paid for. I am not sure I will frequent that Dunkin again.

It's a very convenient location, it's on the corner of the plaza, making it easy to slip in and out. Plus, it's right across of the library. The place is super tidy. A worker by the name of Jose Munoz is truly upbeat and just started it seems but does his duty to maintain that store with high standards and great expectations. He works with excellent service always, The Coffee and donuts are always much more tasty then the ones I get at any other location, My usual is always fresh and ready within seconds after I order which is truly a must especially when going into work. The other employees that work at this location are always welcoming and ready to serve me. Great place for service & breakfast ??

This was the worst DD I have ever been. The old man who make coffee doesn't know how to do coffee. I got caramel macchiato and vanilla latte, when i told the barista about my milk tea he refused to add shot and i ended up drinking just milk with syrup . You need more practice to make coffee man. NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. WORST DD LOCATION EVER.

What a disaster of a place. Watched the guy working get three orders in a row totally wrong. Not only was I overcharged, it wasnt until after I paid that the employee told me certain things i ordered were out of stock. When I asked for a refund he said there wasn’t a manager on duty so if I wanted a refund I’d have to come back Monday (this was Friday afternoon). Ridiculous.
The donuts were fresh. Coffee is still mediocre. The staff was pleasant.

Is it the Chicago area franchises only? Donut sizes have shrunk and prices have risen absurdly. $1.45 for a small (often minimally filled) jelly donut! This Bostonian born and bred is giving up on DD's. For a real donut I now go to Mariano's supermarket bakery where a jelly-full filled and virtually twice the size is sold for 89 cents (until recently 79 cents.) And their coffee is comparable or better than DD's.

Is it possible to mess up your order twice? In this location it is. I ordered wake up wrap with sausage and hot coffee but I have to return for sugar first and for sausage the second time.

Why is there only one cashier working every afternoon when there's 500 zillion OLPH students in the store!!?! I just waited 29 minutes in line for a medium coffee I ordered on the app!!!!!!!!!!!!
