“Omg ? from now on it’s my fav Indian restaurant! I swear it is something. I ordered lamb tikka masala. It was so delicious ? I couldn’t stop eating, ate until I couldn’t breathe ? highly recommend ??”
“Frankie, our server was very informative of the wines that she served. Very patient and friendly. The food was excellent, as was the wine. This place is a little snug, I recommend reserving your table.”
“Loved the casual, cozy and friendly environment, great menu, not overwhelming. Charcuterie excellent as well as the sandwiches and wine!Parking: First come first serve for street parking”
“I love Lola's Diner! The price of the food is absolutely amazing especially for how huge the portions are. The food always tasted great as well. There are also a bunch of options and they're very open to supplementing foods. The diner itself looks super cute, it has a retro old diner look to it with teal booths and chairs, just a nice environment overall. The service is great, the waiters and waitresses are always kind and quick, especially Jose! The food also doesn't take a long time to come out even when every table is full and they're super busy!”
“I was told this Dairy Queen was at this location for over 65 years and had that fantastic atmosphere for my day gone by. I enjoyed my ice cream treat and so did my wife and we were very happy coming to this location and we'll again. This location at a narrow parking lot in back because it was on a major corner but I no problem in parking or enjoying my Ice cream.”
“The service is great, Monica and Bebe are awesome- even the cooks greet you. It’s possible to get a filling meal for $10~ and the quality is consistently good. You can watch your food being cooked!”
“What a great place! I can recommend it for celebrations, date or just sit by the bar and enjoy great food and drinks. We’ve been in this place many times and never disappointed. Great selection of delicious drinks, I always get their Old Fashioned.Food:You can tell everything is fresh and high quality, I always like to get oysters because they have delicious ones. You must try oyster shot it’s worth every single penny. Besides that great appetizers like fried Gyoza or spicy edamame. You won’t be regretting taking their sushi rolls either.Highly recommend!Parking: You can go to underground parking lot that is free of charge and you can access that parking from Summit ave”
“Love this place, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and truly care about your experience. The food is fantastic! The filet is magnificent! I highly suggest the carrot cake as well!!”
“This place has great deep dish pizza!! We were up at O'Hare and wanted to get a good local pizza and we hit the jackpot pot! The marinara sauce was superb and the Italian sausage was so flavorful! The service was great! Very attentive and polite! This is a traditional "local hole in the wall" gem!! So glad we went! Highly recommend!!”
“Good spot... walking in.. it's really busy with a small bar and many tables surrounding/ exposed brick walls. Nice wine list with some good Italian bottles. Good menu with half a dozen apps, homemade pasta dishes & entrees! They also had an excellent *Specials Menu* she said. Started with a couple of glasses of Barbera and some baked clams with the bread of course. Great wine & clams were on the smaller side with an excellent sauce! They are known for their homemade pasta and I decided to try the special. This was a Jalapeño Gnocchi in a Vodka Cream sauce with Corn, etc... it was excellent, cooked perfectly! For dessert we had the Molten Chocolate Cake which was also very good & great ice cream. Waitress was very good & prices are a bit above average but worth it/ you can taste the quality ingredients for sure! Close it out with some Limoncello Shots// talk later”
“Panino's Pizzeria was, frankly, a very pleasant surprise. We agreed to meet friends here - they had recommended it. It looked like so many run-of-the-mill pizza/Italian food joints in the Chicago area, that we weren't expecting much. Boy, were we wrong. This is NOT nouvelle cuisine Italian-style, but rather stereotypical, Italian-American food that is hearty and quite tasty. Gratis bread to start the meal, followed by pork meatballs in red sauce and burrata. My wife had the lasagna - very nice portion, and I had the pork chops with broccoli. The wait staff (Fred) was bend over backwards accommodating us. The fried dough with chocolate was amazing. The prices are moderate. And none of us had pizza! We're certain to return to try some (they serve several styles). Huge thumbs up!”
“Awesome place, modern, cozy. Our 2 and 4 kids loooove to eat pasta and dine in. not just thay make pasta from scratch bit they are using organic chicken for our favorite pasta. pasta is usually done in 5/6 minute and portions are big. If you like Europian flavor for both interior and food this is right place for you!”
“OMG the crepes here are fantastic! The strawberry Nutella crepe was not extremely sweet as it is usually prepared in most restaurants, it was just the perfect balance. Coffee was very very good, and my son loved the hot chocolate (he's not too picky though).I came here just to get a croissant and it was a shame that they didn't have any. However, I was so happy we tried the crepes.”
“Absolutely incredible burgers - highly recommend the Mac n Cheese if available. Great people run this operation. I try to get wherever they are as much as possible.”
“Mac’s is the best breakfast spot around ! Been going for years and years ! Amazing management and staff ! Today I stopped in and got 2 bagel sandwiches one with ham one with sausage and as always they were delicious ! The ham is Real ham off the bone no weird deli meat , it’s the best ham off the bone I’ve had anywhere . Food is always hot , fresh , and delicious ! Thank you Mac’s”
