Best Korean BBQ
Food was very good, the meat was fresh. We got the pork jowl and short rib and the pork jowl tasted better for our palette. The gyeranjjim was cooked well but a little under seasoned but just ask for salt! They cook for you too so you can just enjoy your meal. :)

Po Seok Jeong 포석정 Korean BBQ & Seafood is a Korean BBQ & seafood restaurant that serves very good food. The meat is fresh. Guests can order the pork jowl and short rib, and the pork jowl tastes better for some palettes. The gyeranjjim is cooked well but a little under seasoned, so just ask for salt. The staff cook for you too so you can just enjoy your meal. The ban chan (side dishes) come out right away and are delicious, fresh, and perfect seasoning. The food includes Galbitang (갈비탕), Yook Gae Jang (육개장), and the fan favorite, Dolsot Bibimbap (돌솥비빔밥). The portions are mighty generous. The Rib and BBQ Platter is excellent and easily enough to feed four people. The 오징어 복음 is loved, and 갈비구이 is a reason to come back. The service is great, outstanding, friendly, and attentive. The staff manage the grill for you, cooking everything perfectly. The atmosphere is homey, nice, and comfortable, and does not feel like a club. The side dishes are fresh and the food is authentic. There are a lot of Korean restaurants in the area, but this is one of the best. 5 stars all around.
