“I was impressed with my stay at this hotel while attending the Powder & Bulk Solids 2023 Conference. Breakfast buffet was excellent; the staff were professional and ultra-helpful and could not be more pleased with my experience. The hotels in the Rosemont area are all interconnected via corridors, connecting to the Donald E. Stephens convention center and several restaurants. Regardless, the area is packed with entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. Well done!“
“Cinnabon is located at Fashion Outlets of Chicago -- a shopping mall in Rosemont IL, about 20 miles northwest of Chicago. Cinnabon is an American bakery restaurant chain, specializing in baked goods, and famous for its signature Cinnabon Rolls. It was founded in 1985, and since then became a very popular place to enjoy all kinds of their cinnamon spiced products; now there are over 1000 locations of Cinnabon both in the US and in dozens of other countries. Located on the first floor of a large mall in Rosemont, this Cinnabon usually looks very busy, as it was the case during our visit, too. I ordered just three Classic Minibons ($4.39 each + tax) as a take out; the service was very friendly, attentive and courteous, the fresh baked minibons were packed separately, each in a colorful minibox, and were later enjoyed with coffee and tea. These days Cinnabon doesn't have low prices, but they offer high quality products and provide excellent service. Thank you!“
“These guys are on their game tonight. Busy busy dance competition here at the Westin and they are pretty well stocked on things still and service is staying great. They are speedily working behind the counter. This Starbucks has come in handy several times throughout the looooong day!“

While I didn't get the other names, they were all happy and friendly. Other Starbucks locations could learn a thing or two about being personable, from this crew. “Located as a kiosk inside the shopping mall, it can rent a store front on its own and can offer more of their products to sell. There were a line to order, unusual these days for it's brand and for a kiosk locale in this mall. Friendly and fast services, both I'm ordering and in serving the orders. There were no mistake in the.order and the server called out the members name, a sign of recognition, respect, and friendliest.“
“I visited on 12/21/23 around 1:30 pm, and the staff was amazing. There was a sweet older gentleman who brought us our food and he was so kind to us, even when we accidentally spilled some ketchup. He wished us a merry Christmas and safe travels… if management sees this, that man needs a big raise!!“
“Eat here practically every weekday when headed to work... they are friendly enough, and if you are a repeat customer, they actually try to remember your order... they are like friends who you haven't met yet... food is always freshly made... not sure about the coffee, eye don't drink it personally but numerous people return daily for it so, there you go... overall 8/10“

“Although the sizes of the donuts is huge and the assortment wide-ranging, they are simply a good donut and not “The Absolute Best”! Service moves along at a reasonable pace but without more staff preparing special (Espresso, Latte, Cappuccino) coffees be prepared to wait. Restaurant is very clean!“
