“We got our daughter’s 4th Birthday cake from here. We chose princess themed and were able to customize. We went in and the gentleman taking our order was very attentive and wrote everything down. I called two days before to confirm and they immediately knew what I was talking about. Pick up was a breeze and everyone loved the vanilla on top (two tier) and chocolate strawberry on the bottom ice cream cake. It was decorated well and I could tell they took their time. I am very pleased and would totally go back!“

“Update 05/18/2023 - stellar service! I’m partially disabled. The app was being stupid and would not let me place my order, so I called inside. The lady at the counter took my order, came outside for my card, brought out my food. This is what I call service. Thank you for your personal touch. I APPRECIATE YOU!!!“

“I tried Bettina's Tea Cold Brew at the Palos Heights Farmers' Market in 2022. Delicious and Refreshing. I was hooked. I had to replenish over the winter. I placed an order via her site. My order arrived in a timely manner and the product was fresh and included a sealed pouch ,so that I could store the opened loose leaf tea bag. Five 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.“

“Service was good, our fries were cold but everything else was good. They dont have the drink machines in the lobby I was kinda surprised by that as it had a larger lobby.
The kids area was clean and your standard modern McDonald's play place.“

“Marica is so sweet and the rest of the staff also. I was on a business call and this other barista whom I apologize I didn’t catch her name but was prompt and good about the volume of the inside music since there was not really anyone dining it at the time. Definitely felt like an above and beyond experience here today! One of my fav Starbucks as of right now.“
