Marica is so sweet and the rest of the staff also. I was on a business call and this other barista whom I apologize I didn’t catch her name but was prompt and good about the volume of the inside music since there was not really anyone dining it at the time. Definitely felt like an above and beyond experience here today! One of my fav Starbucks as of right now.
Monica is the best! I can count on her to make things right even when I forget. Excellent customer service. Her staff is also great and friendly…which stems from her great management skills! 5 stars!
