Took my elderly mother to Alexian/Amita Health and our appointments were running a little late. Bought mom an egg sandwich to help tide her over until lunch. I ordered and waited while they heated it up. They slid it into a Starbucks paper envelope. The egg sandwich was too hot to eat, had to wait a bit. Mom said it was good.

I just wanted to leave a shout out for Matt and Christina at this Starbucks location. They had a BOGO event yesterday that ended at 6:00P. My husband and I got through the parking lot at 6:05 and the drive-thru was backed up about 8 cars. I went in and explained the drive-thru situation to Matt and he was kind enough to honor the offer. Christina made us the perfect Iced White Mochas. Thank you again for bending the rules a bit to accommodate our 5 minute late arrival....read full review
