I just wanted to leave a shout out for Matt and Christina at this Starbucks location. They had a BOGO event yesterday that ended at 6:00P. My husband and I got through the parking lot at 6:05 and the drive-thru was backed up about 8 cars. I went in and explained the drive-thru situation to Matt and he was kind enough to honor the offer. Christina made us the perfect Iced White Mochas. Thank you again for bending the rules a bit to accommodate our 5 minute late arrival. A+++++ on service!

This is the worst Starbucks some of the staff is not friendly & the orders are always incomplete I went for 2 wks in a row and the nuts were Stale each time I ordered the oatmeal and when I informed them they told me nuts would be thrown out and yet I ordered oatmeal again today and got blueberries to substitute nuts. No going bk there.

They have a lot of great coffee you can pretty well get anything that you have a taste for I recommend the experience when you sit inside the atmosphere is very relaxing you feel like you're down home in a country log cabin I recommend the good experience even take a book and maybe read if you have the time and enjoy your

Took my elderly mother to Alexian/Amita Health and our appointments were running a little late. Bought mom an egg sandwich to help tide her over until lunch. I ordered and waited while they heated it up. They slid it into a Starbucks paper envelope. The egg sandwich was too hot to eat, had to wait a bit. Mom said it was good.

I tried to use this voucher at the Starbucks at this location but they wouldn't honor it. It clearly states 1 complimentary beverage or treat of "your choice at an Ascension Starbucks". It was very disappointing...
As a manager, i understand busy is GOOD. Its how you handle the busy, lets start with customer service. Attitude is always the same, I politely ask for a drink that is simple but they always mess up on, Usually they have the audacity to say, They know, Almost every time its wrong. They don't make eye contact but roll their eyes every time. Its actually sweet of them because they wear a mask so you can see them roll ... This is reoccurring... by the looks of the comments of this location it happens to a lot of people. I cant tell if they are annoyed of working or annoyed of people. If your working for a popular coffee shop it should be a given you are going to work with people, be kind. The inside was a mess, their kitchen looked destroyed, everyone looks pissed. Atmosphere is just sad.... after waiting in line for 20 min, your drink will be handed to you without any good customer service and you will be ignored if its wrong .. because they look away and talk among themselves. HOPING you will just drive off, they have the "not my problem look" nailed. but hey atleast its "LBTQ" friendly
