“Great tasting assortment, really reasonable pricing, particularly on cakes to go (try it for your next b-day party or such), but most of all super-kind, well-mannered, genuinely courteous staff - it's always a pleasure to stop by. I'm glad that they are in the neighborhood. Kids love it.“
“It was such a tasty lunch! We were here for the 1st time and nice lady at the register helped us out with choosing a burger. I won’t be able to eat a whole, so we asked about just 1 but cut in half + fries side and coleslaw. You should definitely try their sauces with fries!! It tastes something like a thousand islands sauce, but I think they make their own from scratch. Overall this portion fed us 2 (me and my boyfriend) fully!! Great place, will be coming back!“
“Myself and my family of five came in after 10pm and were greeted with we had to use the kiosk to place our order which was cool because I'd never used one before and wanted to experience this tech. It was a very easy thing to do and because we were essentially the only people in there at that moment the service was very quick. The food was actually better than I expected. It definitely is a different burger than it's competitors.“
“An exquisite dine. Excellent food and fast, friendly service as always. I did, however notice the bag was a little heavy going home, and I had a sneaking suspicion what was up. I must alert you that I noticed that instead of the 16 sauces I ordered (4 Diablo, 4 fire, 4 hot, and 4 mild), I instead received 17 (4 Diablo, 5 fire, 4 hot and 4 mild.) While this is the closest any taco bell location has gotten to my actual order, this is still less than satisfactory. My taco bell sauce packet drawer is getting too hard to close due to the repetitive inaccuracies provided by the sauce counters. I am not smiling. It's almost like they throw a handful of sauces in the bag instead of lovingly counting it. This is another loss. I will try again soon to give you one more chance....“
“Today is Super Bowl Sunday, and there was only one employee working. How this young man kept a cordial and professional attitude is beyond me. He did an amazing job ensuring every order was handled correctly even as more and more customers came in. He should be recognized for his amazing service. As for the management... do better at scheduling. There should be 2 employees at all times. Otherwise, the manager should come in and help.“
“I had that new grilled chicken burrito and it was delicious. I think I gained 5 pounds just sniffing the bag. This location has a goofy drive thru as many people turn in off route 83 but have to do a very sharp turn to get into drive thru. It has to have been designed by someone on a Friday REAL close to 5:00pm, either that or they were union.However food is always good and friendly staff.“

“The staff were welcoming and moved as quickly as possible to keep the line moving. SAMPLES ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, but I understand. They are trying to keep everyone safe. I ordered quarter rice, quarter Lo mein noodles, mixed greens, 1 cup of chicken and 2 eggrolls a f a drink and the food was piping hot fresh and amazing the restaurant itself in the sitting area could use more cleaning though I didn't see anyone coming out after people left to sanitize areas nor just wipe them down“
“5 stars as far as fast food gets.The food was fresh, it was hot and it was good. Service was great for fast food restaurants order was then and understood. front desk employee was helpful in asking for any other information about how we like our food preparation, funny because.....it's fast food lol. The atmosphere was well lit clean and taken care of. The restroom was clean and not out of service like many before. Overall, it was a very well-kept establishment and would always come back.Parking: Clean of snow the best way they could.Wheelchair accessibility: Was well painted and noticeable.“
“The ultimate Chicago experience. Portillo's gets it right all the time. Real charbroiled hamburger cooked right to achieve that maillard effect, topped with melty yellow cheese, fresh purple onions, tomato and lettuce or try the Chicago style hotdog with that distinctive lime green relish, sport peppers, onions mustard and Portillo seasoning in a poppy seed bun. Whatever you choose to eat at any of their Chicagoland locations, you can't go wrong. Also, the chocolate cake is velvety, moist, but not overly sweet.“
