“I recently ordered a custom birthday cake from this Dairy Queen, and I couldn't be happier! The owner-ALOK is incredibly helpful, kind, and so creative with the cake designs. They really took the time to make sure the cake was perfect for the celebration. Not only did it look amazing, but the ice cream was the best I’ve had—fresh and delicious. If you need a cake for a special occasion, I highly recommend coming here!“

“The food is how you expect - solid, like any other steak and shake. However, the young woman with the blue and pink hair is exceptional.

Like, truly above and beyond. Daytime, night time - never anything shy of pleasant and present.

Plus, she hooks me up with a plastic bag and other little things when I go thru the drive thru on my bike occasionally.

He is always doing all he can to promote his business and service in the best way possible. I am very glad they are a part of our community here in Elk Grove Village. “The manager was about to lock the door and saw me tryong to order, he was very polite and I felt really bad because he had already cleaned up but thatcdidnt stop him from giving me the best service and was happy to assist me. “Service was good, our fries were cold but everything else was good. They dont have the drink machines in the lobby I was kinda surprised by that as it had a larger lobby.

The kids area was clean and your standard modern McDonald's play place.“

“I had that new grilled chicken burrito and it was delicious. I think I gained 5 pounds just sniffing the bag. This location has a goofy drive thru as many people turn in off route 83 but have to do a very sharp turn to get into drive thru. It has to have been designed by someone on a Friday REAL close to 5:00pm, either that or they were union.However food is always good and friendly staff.“

“My visit was 10/4. Whatever team was working that day, you absolutely rock and management should acknowledge you! I ordered online and was super early. Walked in and sat down and the staff was already dealing with a long line. The lady at the counter went out of her way to come to my table and ask if I had a pickup which I said yes. She printed the ticket asap and the gentleman working the line hand delivered it to me! I’ve never had this service done at a JJ. “This is my local taco bell that I go to if I need to go to a Taco Bell. I cannot complain about anything honestly, they always have their products in stock, the speed is quick and everything tastes good. No complaints about the infamous Taco Bell aftermath but people who ruin their pants after taco bell have weak stomachs.“
