My son lost his toy in the play place, well another child actually took it. So we went up front and asked for a new one, with full blown tears streaming down my 3 year olds face. The manager dug thru every single toy to try to find the one my son wanted. He couldnt find it so they opened the toy cabinet and gave him the exact toy he wanted.
