“Yummy pretzel store in the fashion outlet mall of Chicago. Be careful of the parking especially on a weekend. Pretzels were fresh and soft. I thought it was a little salty, so for all the diabetics and hypertensives this is not the store to go to. Service was decent but the guy seemed disinterested in the work.“

“When in the Chicago area, you must have a Chicago-style dog from Portillo’s. It’s an unspoken rule, right?! We went through the drive thru (love that at this location) and I did it all, the peppers and pickle and the full on Chicago way and (again) enjoyed the experience. The hubs got creative had a wet Italian sausage and although he enjoyed it, upon tasting mine, he wished he’d followed me and got a traditional dog. Great, fast and friendly service from the gentleman in the drive thru.

“Went here over the weekend and it was a BUSY one, they definitely had to push out orders to an insane degree and they made it happen! We went in to pick up food we already ordered and noticed there was a bit of a wait and were concerned it was gonna be a while or something was gonna go wrong.
No! They honestly were running that kitchen like the navy lol they had it all down, asking customers for the order names, making sure nothing was missed. I think we waited like, max 10 minutes which wasn't a problem at all, and when we got our food it was hot, which we honestly thought it would've gotten cold as we waited for everyone to get their orders. Everything was right, food hot, and given to us in good time for how busy they were.
Yeah its a taco bell, you don't walk in expecting gourmet or anything, but the staff they had that Friday night ran the store on serious business, I had to give them their flowers and leave a review!“

“I usually have a good experience at this location, and the rest of the staff — including the manager — are friendly and professional. However, there is one employee (a woman) whose behavior consistently stands out in a negative way.

During my recent visit, I had an issue with a mobile order where I was charged, and I showed proof both from my bank account and the app. Instead of trying to help, she had a very rude and dismissive attitude. She was speaking in Spanish to her coworkers about the situation rather than addressing me directly. When I asked if she spoke English, I was told yes, but she still continued speaking to others instead of communicating with me properly.

What made the situation more frustrating is that I do understand Spanish, and her tone and comments were unprofessional. Once she realized I could understand, her attitude changed and she finally spoke in English and corrected her tone.

Customer service should be respectful and consistent, regardless of the situation. I hope management addresses this, because it does not reflect the otherwise positive experience I’ve had at this location.“

“Major shout out to Jason and Nathan gentlemen are truly setting the bar for excellence with regards to customer service. They were very professional and polite to my daughter who is 11 and also the one ordering panda express they even offered and made her food fresh.. They were able to use the first time coupon from the Panda Express app and also Veterans Discount very pleased with the experience my daughter said the food was absolutely delicious and she very much enjoyed it“
