“I usually have a good experience at this location, and the rest of the staff — including the manager — are friendly and professional. However, there is one employee (a woman) whose behavior consistently stands out in a negative way.

During my recent visit, I had an issue with a mobile order where I was charged, and I showed proof both from my bank account and the app. Instead of trying to help, she had a very rude and dismissive attitude. She was speaking in Spanish to her coworkers about the situation rather than addressing me directly. When I asked if she spoke English, I was told yes, but she still continued speaking to others instead of communicating with me properly.

What made the situation more frustrating is that I do understand Spanish, and her tone and comments were unprofessional. Once she realized I could understand, her attitude changed and she finally spoke in English and corrected her tone.

Customer service should be respectful and consistent, regardless of the situation. I hope management addresses this, because it does not reflect the otherwise positive experience I’ve had at this location.“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“Walmart is noisy. B7t the food and service at the Charlie's inside was great! The lady at the counter laugh3d along with us at my daughter's antics. The food came out quickly. The large fries is actually large. Get the small for a person. 1 large for a table of people. In the attached picture.You can see how many fries are still left after my wife myself and my child finished eating them.“

“I’ve been eager to try Mortadeli since it first opened, and after hearing so many rave reviews, I finally had the chance to stop by for lunch yesterday. Let me tell you, everything everyone says about this place is spot on! First off, the food is absolutely delicious. Everything on the menu is so tempting, it was hard to choose, but I went with the meatball sub and pasta salad. As someone whose grandmother made the best meatball sandwiches, my expectations were high – but Mortadeli’s version did not disappoint! It was fantastic. Food is fun; you get to check off on the sandwich bag what you want on your sandwich. They take it and put it on a pulley line and make your sandwich!

When I do, it’s usually because the service/company was so disappointingly bad or the other end of that spectrum, which is absolutely superior - service/experience. This will be the latter. What an awesome experience. The food was great and the store was very clean. But what really set this Subway branch apart are the staff or perhaps the owners (not so sure) who took care of me and my mom. Super nice people, very friendly and warm and above all, very accommodating and welcoming. This will not be my last time here for sure.“

“I work for ALDI corporate, and we've had Rammys cater our team building event in Elk Grove for three years now. Their subs are AMAZING, they are a breeze to work with and so friendly. My group loves the subs, the bread is fresh and don't get me started on the turtle brownies. On a personal note, the tuna sub is superb. Im very picky about tuna salad and I loved every bite. Run, do not walk, to Rammys.“

“To be fair, it was about an hour before closing time. However, the older lady was very sweet and made our food very well and it was delicious. Her coworker on the other hand didn't seem to friendly. We wanted to add to our order and she couldn't even be bothered to stop sweeping to come and complete the transaction until the older lady had already finished making the 1st part of the order.
