We had a catering order yesterday for my grandson’s birthday party. This is the second time we’ve catered from here, since the first time was a big hit with all the guests. Not only are the sandwiches delicious the customer service is excellent, which is not easy to find these days, highly recommend!
Tried a few sandwiches. The Coppola sandwich is my favorite.
I wanted a good sandwich, that felt home made & with really good meat quality and here it is! The portion was really big, it was really yummy! Service was great, cute simple little place.

Pronto Italian Sandwiches in Des Plaines is a hidden spot worth finding. Open 11-3 every day, this place has a fun old school Italian deli vibe with plaid tablecloths. The sandwiches are delicious, with really good meat quality and fresh bread baked next door. The portions are really big, offering better value. The Brando features a standout Calabrian chili aioli with a little kick, while the Scorsese is probably the most delicious sandwich ever. The eggplant and Tony the cappicola are also worthy options. The cannoli has no better out there. The customer service is excellent, super friendly, kind and patient. It is a perfect grab and go spot if heading to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Catering is highly recommended, as it is a big hit with guests.
