Got the Chicago style hot dog, the hot Italian beef sandwich, and the cake shake. Unfortunately was only able to come by one time while on my trip to Chicago
Late night before closing but drive through only so expected wait. Hot dog restaurant and 4 dogs, 2 fries, and a fountain drink took 24 min still seems excessive. Good dogs though. In general onion rings better than fries
Amazing food and the staff is great.

Portillo's Pick Up Rosemont provides great service and delicious food. The staff is efficient, kind, and lovely. The burgers and fries are really good. A must-try is the Chicago-style dog, which can be ordered through the drive thru. The chocolate cake is also a highlight, with some considering it the best they've ever had. The location is pick up only, with no seating except for two chairs to wait for food. Despite being a drive thru only location, the service is fast and friendly. Orders are fulfilled quickly, and the staff is attentive and efficient. Some menu items, like the cheesesteak, may not be the best, but overall, the food is very good.
