“Really like the 3 course "Prix fix" even though there are some aditionalcharges for some elections. Valet parking was appreciated, Well decorated, good selection. One weak spot, and is common in many restraints, are the Hostesses. This is your first impression with any restaurant, yet they place little emesis on training the staff on proper customer service. Look at people when talking to them, not your computer. There should be better communication and interaction with the front desk. Otherwise, Service was excellent, Food was well prepared and presented, prices were fair.“

Humble brag....

We're pretty good cooks at home. We're usually disappointed in our eating out experience. Its late and we wanted a snack before the kitchen closed down stairs (we're staying at the hotel attached). We saw the calamari, the Parmesan truffle fries and crispy brussel sprouts. _19, $9 and $11 respectively.

Much to our surprise, ever bite .... I mean every item was consumed. I found myself rationing off bites of the flakey calamari. The truffle was properly used. The sprouts we baked to a great texture, the seasoning was flavorful and on point, as the kids say.

I was very pleased. If ever back in town on business and I find myself here. I won't have to leave for any meal. Amazing!!“

“The food was outstanding and authentic! Stuffed Mushrooms, Lump Crab cake, Meat Lasagna entree, Italian Sausages. Best lasagna I’ve ever eaten! Pasta - fresh & tender. 10s All Across!! Worth every penny. Server: Julian - a little stiff, icy. Our party abstained (alcohol). He seemed to take issue. Took men’s orders before women. Not cool. We gave a good tip - for the quality of the FOOD, not service. Great Atmosphere!“

“Last night after a long hiatus we stopped into Mortons In Rosemont! I have eaten at the Original on State street so I wasn't sure what to expect. I believe we showed up a few minutes before they opened for dinner.... Our mistake after shopping at the Fashion Outlets nearby. We realized that we were the 1st there and felt bad! However we were immediately greeted and welcomed in! We were seated and waited on by Suzanne whom was obviously a pro at her job! We did their Porter Steak Dinner that's literally enough for 2 huge guys, and we had the most amazing experience! I eat at many fine restaurants but this was a wonderful time and fabulous meal. Suzanne just made us feel comfortable and like we were regulars! I'm sure we will be back soon! 5 stars ++++++“

“Had a few meals here during our 4 night stay. All the food was great, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had it all. My main issue is with the Manhattan and the Mercino instead of Luxardo cherry I received. Unforgivable when you're paying $19 for a drink. My other grip is how far the restroom is from the restaurant. Well over 100 steps and I have a long stride. (I understand that this sounds asinine to count your steps but I am me 😄) It honestly feels a little inhospitable. Otherwise a great restaurant and bar. All the servers we had we fantastic. I should have said something about the cherry, I think I was just in shock. 🍒“

“Price isn't bad for the buffet considering the other options in the connected buildings. The food was very fresh! Salad was delicious but the "fajita chicken" was dry as hell :(Seasoning was weak too, but I suppose that's unavoidable with a buffet.Overall, solid 3.5/5. Would eat here again for the salad bar at least lol

“Good food for a great price. Service was fine, not friendly, not rude, but very quick and competent.
Trust me on this, get the noodles, oh yes yummy. And add veggies, very satisfying. Hubs agrees.

“I was here for a conference so not sure if that detail should affect the score but I will say the burgers here are as legit as they come.
I had the 5 alarm burger and had it well done and it was stellar. It came with included fries and they were fried to perfection.
If you get the burger the only thing I would add would be mustard and a grainy one if available.
Otherwise get the burger and beer and enjoy the delicious simplicity of a true tavern flavor.“
