“All was amazing for our first visit.“

“Last night after a long hiatus we stopped into Mortons In Rosemont! I have eaten at the Original on State street so I wasn't sure what to expect. I believe we showed up a few minutes before they opened for dinner.... Our mistake after shopping at the Fashion Outlets nearby. We realized that we were the 1st there and felt bad! However we were immediately greeted and welcomed in! We were seated and waited on by Suzanne whom was obviously a pro at her job! We did their Porter Steak Dinner that's literally enough for 2 huge guys, and we had the most amazing experience! I eat at many fine restaurants but this was a wonderful time and fabulous meal. Suzanne just made us feel comfortable and like we were regulars! I'm sure we will be back soon! 5 stars ++++++“

“So this place was absolutely a great experience for us! I used to come here when I was younger. Now I'm able to bring my child here simply because they have non-dairy and peanut free options. When I initially called the woman that answered was so patient and even mentioned that when I arrived, I could ask the worker to please wash the serving spoon. So when we got there we were immediately greeted, and we explained that our child had allergies, they showed us the options and gave us samples to try we asked that the spoon be washed and without hesitation they did so. Good ice cream, great atmosphere and options for everyone. We will continue to come here. My 4 year old loved the lightning clouds on your ceiling. 🙂“

“Love this place and go back as many times as I can. Brett and Kaz are the nicest and always keep it fun as it takes me a while to decide. Food is really, really good! And I love that it's all GF which makes it my go to. Really well priced and honestly much better quality than other fast food chains. The self-serve miso make it a no brainer to come here honestly!“

“Had lunch there today and I have to say this is the first time I was disappointed with the service. The food was excellent but that's it. Asked for 2nd drink and never got it. Water was never refilled until we were through eating. When first ordering our wine we had problems. I will continue to eat here and hopefully this is a one time occurrence.“

“The food here is FANTASTIC. We ordered the stuffed banana peppers, coconut shrimp, salmon that’s on corn tamale cake (oh my goodness), seafood linguine, and lobster mac n cheese. We were both really impressed with how delicious all of the food was. Our waiter Jorge was so kind and attentive. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.“

“So today I had a friend in from out of town and we topped off our afternoon with a visit to Miski Bakery. I was dying to try the alfajores, and they did not disappoint! The very delicate morsels melted in our mouth, and the creamy luscious dollop of dulce de leche caramel was a perfect pairing. In addition we tried the Milhojas/Napoleons in two flavors the Lucuma pastry creme and also the dulce de leche. A thousand layers is correct, these were amazingly tall, crispy and filled with air, both were delicious but the Lucuma(a Peruvian fruit) pastry creme was the standout. It had such a delightful delicate flavor I had never tasted previously. After speaking with Carmen the owner I asked whether or not they ever carried Turrón de doñja Pepa. She just happened to have some freshly baked sitting on the tray behind the counter, but alas it was still awaiting its filling. This gives me a great reason to return and indulge in that special treat. It is prepared every other week. The service was warm and friendly. This is definitely a hidden gem in the neighborhood you shouldn't miss out on. I will be returning often.“

“Ok ordered there twice in the past week again. Tried something new this time, romaine, chicken, broccoli, eggs and cheese and just as good as the bowl i get with purple rice, chicken and broccoli. “I went to dinner here with friends last night. I used to live in The Glen, and since I still live only about ten minutes away, I have been coming here regularly for more than ten years.
Everything was great, but the ribeye I ordered medium came out well-done. I sent it back, and the manager, Kaitlyn, came over, apologized, and had it remade. Unfortunately, the second steak was also not cooked to the correct temperature. I honestly felt bad and was willing to just eat it, even though it was not my fault, but Kaitlyn insisted on having it made again correctly.
I was truly impressed by the service. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a restaurant responds and makes an effort to take care of its guests. Kaitlyn handled the situation professionally and genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
A special thank-you to Kaitlyn and our server, Sara, for their outstanding service. I have been coming here for over ten years, but I do not think I have ever been this impressed by the level of care and hospitality. Truly excellent service.“

“We drove from Genoa City Wisconsin because we heard how delicious everything was. We were NOT disappointed. The meat on our sandwiches, one corned beef and one pastrami, was piled high! Homemade brined pickles and bakery items exceeded our expectations. Worth the drive and we will be back.“

“I had the bowl with noodles, fresh veggies, and two proteins-Teriyaki Steak and Mad Spicy Steak-and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the combination of the sweet teriyaki and the bold, spicy steak made for an incredibly tasty dish.

The noodles were cooked just right, the vegetables added a nice fresh crunch, and everything came together into a flavorful, satisfying meal. The portions were generous, and the quality exceeded my expectations.
