“Friendly and fast service“

“I was hesitant to try this place because my last experience at the Lombard location was horrible. But coming here, I was pleasantly surprised. Place is clean, so far appears to be well maintained. The seating area is a little dark and gloomy because of lack of windows but that's fine I guess. I do wish they had music playing, it's just awk silence in there if no one is speaking. The food was GREAT actually - I had the beef burger, my mom had the grilled chicken and we shared fries - all very good. Except, their burgers are small, just FYI. Things I wish they would improve on - if I say I'm dining at the restaurant, that means I don't want my food in to-go containers. Also, give me a small cup for ketchup, come on! And no free water?? That's messed up. Finally, the guy working the front counter when we went, I think his name is Zakiriyah? According to the receipt at least. Well he's REALLY not someone who should be working with customers. Kinda rude, no helpful, awkward and just stands there and awkwardly stares at you until you feel weird and walk away. I'll get my food to go next time.“

“I went in on a Sunday afternoon. Clean locating, very busy but great service. Only suggestion is figure out a better set up for the fountain drink and condiments area. It's too small in my opinion. And they having 1 ketchup pump is not ideal. There's was a handful of people waiting in line for it, between us at the ketchup station and the people at the fountain drink machine it was a bit kaotic. Other then that great location.“

“The Arby's near my neighborhood all closed down. Spotting this Arby's on a trip I was taking was a real treat. The food was delicious as always, the service was very friendly and the restrooms were clean. Definitely will go again!“

The service was very speedy and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable both inside and out.

Parking: Parking was ample, and we had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance

Wheelchair accessibility: No problem getting a wheelchair in or out of the restaurant.“

“First time at this location, placed my order at the drive thru. I don't have anything to complain about the food or service because Chick-fil-A is very good at booth. I think the one and only thing that they weren't very good at this time was how they designed their drive thru at this location. It just makes it a little hard to reach for your food at the window.“

“Fantastic standard Culver's experience. Only thing that prevented the 5 stars on the food was the pub burger. It was gross. We tried to pass it around the table and none of us could deal with it. The deluxe or butterburger is the way to go. And the floor by the pop machine was so sticky that it took my shoe off. Lol. Everything else was great.“

Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of places to sit with rounded table edges.The place is watched constantly and cleaned continually. I've never seen a better Subway.“
