“Love Popeyes never had a problem here, employers have always been very nice. just seems like they're inconsistent with their ingredients sometimes it's just okay sometimes it's great. Update 8-10-26 they made a mistake on last night's order, I think they went above and beyond for our inconvenience. Anna was great fixing the issue. Best customer service and care I've ever had at Popeyes or most fast food restaurants.“

“Usually this McDonald’s on Lake in Hanover Park does a great job. Normally I’d keep my mouth shut and let it go. But I have a disability and will just make a hand sandwich instead now.“

“We’ve recently started coming back to this location due to the staff & positive changes. This place has made a 180° turn around - for the better! My daughter & I typically come late nights (after midnight) both week days & weekends. Each time, the staff is upbeat, super friendly, offers to make recommendations and fulfills orders timely & in full. Even though this is fast food, they make it well worth the purchase. For a late night run, they sure are upbeat and outgoing, you would think it was the middle of the afternoon. Kudos to the new changes & awesome customer service. We definitely drive to this location from any place in the NW Chicago area and prefer this location over many others. See ya on our next hunger run!“

“Ordered several items. The deep dish items were over cooked. The slices and stick wer cut un a way that I couldn't understand. Because I had a large order the put it into the hot box and qhen I put in my # the door was stu k. Being hungry i was able to pry up the door and rescue my order. Had to as for my sauces but that happens often.“

“The food was amazing! So delicious. My family and I placed an order for pick up part of the order was missing and in less then 10 minutes the missing food was delivered right to our door. The worker was very apologetic and super nice. We will definitely be getting food again from here 😊“
