“The food is always fresh, hot, and well-seasoned. What makes this location exceptional is how careful and secured the food's packaged and presented.. Everything is physically packed for transporting to an event: napkins, condiments, utensils, straws, etc. This might sound minor but if you have enough spilled containers, shabby lids on drinks, and grease stains to remove from your clothes; you would appreciate the care given to your food. Everything adds to your appreciation and enjoyment of the experience.

“I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Gerson. His customer service was incredible. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was right with my order. “We’ve recently started coming back to this location due to the staff & positive changes. This place has made a 180° turn around - for the better! My daughter & I typically come late nights (after midnight) both week days & weekends. Each time, the staff is upbeat, super friendly, offers to make recommendations and fulfills orders timely & in full. Even though this is fast food, they make it well worth the purchase. For a late night run, they sure are upbeat and outgoing, you would think it was the middle of the afternoon. Kudos to the new changes & awesome customer service. We definitely drive to this location from any place in the NW Chicago area and prefer this location over many others. See ya on our next hunger run!“

“I made an online order at this location. The manager was frustrated because he couldn't help me. But when I asked to speak to someone else, he transferred me to a lovely employee named Mariah. Mariah took my name and found my order. She was understanding and made sure my pick up time was correct. They made my food hot to order. The young people working, a young man cashier and a young woman, were also so kind and helpful too. So just based on service, I'm giving them five stars. Thank you to the staff! My family and I appreciate your understanding, hardwork and kindness!“
