“I've ordered here since they opened, today I attempted to order and was told they couldn't remove the onions because everything was pre-made. A) they have removed them in the past B) for the prices they charge, thought everything was fresh. Simply won't go here again, I went down the street and paid the same dollar amount for skewers where they had no issue removing the onions for me“

“Ordered from drive thru and had the Honey Hot boneless wings , onion rings and my boyfriend had Spicy tenders , Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. We live close to 40 min away and by the time we got home the food was STILL FRESH AND TASTY. You definitely have to give the new lemonade mix in flavors a try . Each item was extremely delicious!!! KFC who??? We will be coming back because we loved everything!!! ??“

“Their burgers are better than Wendy's Culver's even portillo's. This place is a hidden gem that I'm surprised they're not even doing better than what they're doing. If I want quality burger with quality ingredients I'm going to go here over anywhere else.“

“Went though drive thru cashier very nice took order quickly very polite easy access lot's of parking well lite in location in lombard safe place inviting lot's of trafic not establishments fault very busy streets from 3pm-5pm rush hour. Good job to drive throu worker. Very kind and polite.

“I placed an order for my kids and I. When I got my order home. It was not what I ordered, and I didn't have time to take it back, or call to complain., I just ate what I got and went to work. I bought the food too eat before I went to work. At work disappointed. Not happy at all. Fries was cold. No bacon on my burgers. The baconator fries was ok, and the chicken nuggets was fine.☹️

Kid-friendliness: The kids love Wendy's. Frosties, and more. But this day was not a good day for us.“

“Got a regular size roast beef sandwich with some hot peppers in about 5 minutes. Bread was soft and very fresh, smelled great(Freshly baked). Service was quick polite and professional from young kids (not baby goats!). Beef tasted awesome too! Recommended!“

“The staff here is amazing! I came here for my lunch break and accidently ordered the wrong meal. I was looking at the price and said #8 please, all I waned was that picture of the chicken sandwich in my mouth. I was confused why they asked me for white or dark meat on my sandwich but still went with it lol. Its just been a long week and I forgot my head. When I pulled away and saw what I actually ordered, I was horrified because its something id never eat. I have a bad experience eating chicken with bones in. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the kind gentleman at the window with glasses and a hat. I explained that I totally messed up when ordering. He was so sweet, understanding and said some very kinds words. He made me the correct sandwich and oh boy, was it the best chicken sandwich ever!!! They couldn't take the other chicken back so I donated it to someone else who was hungry. Thank you Carol Stream KFC team!“
