“I accidentally placed a catering order for the wrong day and called to see if they could still accommodate me. I was 100 percent expecting a no because it was last minute but to my surprise the girl on the phone was so nice and asked for 30 mins to make it happen. My husband picked it up and said they’re were just two young people working that day. I was so happy they didn’t turn us away even though it was my fault. The easier thing for them would have been to just say no but instead they helped and I appreciate that so much. It’s rare to get customer service these days especially with younger workers but these workers are just the sweetest. I’ve been using this location for the past 5 years and never had any issues. They truly are amazing!“

It’s Subway, not a Michelin-star bistro. You walk in, point at the things you want, and boom ..sandwich. If you can’t make that work, maybe the problem isn’t behind the counter.

“We've been here a couple of times, and love it! The food is amazing, and the staff are so lovely and kind. They were able to easily help us navigate allergens and vegetarian options. They seemed like they genuinely enjoyed interacting with their customers, creating a relaxed, friendly vibe.“

“We went to the Batavia location. The employees were so nice! Today was our second time coming last time I just grabbed a regular grilled cheese we came back today with my wife and son they asked if we got a punch card last time I said no he gave us one and punched it for our previous visit also! I didn’t even ask for that the guy working just did it! He was very nice to my son also asked if he had teeth (my sons under 2) and I said yes why and he gave him a couple apple slices free of charge while we waited for our takeout! We’ll definitely be coming back! Food was great too!“
