“I eat here nearly 3x a week and this is the best Subway I’ve been to in the state and I used to work at a Subway. The two girls here are friendly and do such a great job. Every time I visit, the location is clean, the bread and cookies are fresh and not stale, and the portions are correct. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, I’ve never had a single problem here. The other locations always fall short in one of these aspects or more.“

“We've been here a couple of times, and love it! The food is amazing, and the staff are so lovely and kind. They were able to easily help us navigate allergens and vegetarian options. They seemed like they genuinely enjoyed interacting with their customers, creating a relaxed, friendly vibe.“

“We went to the Batavia location. The employees were so nice! Today was our second time coming last time I just grabbed a regular grilled cheese we came back today with my wife and son they asked if we got a punch card last time I said no he gave us one and punched it for our previous visit also! I didn’t even ask for that the guy working just did it! He was very nice to my son also asked if he had teeth (my sons under 2) and I said yes why and he gave him a couple apple slices free of charge while we waited for our takeout! We’ll definitely be coming back! Food was great too!“

“Absolutely incredible. Blew away any expectations I had. The staff is incredibly nice, a fantastic family atmosphere every grilled cheese you could ever want and all that reasonable price. My celiac daughter got great food and my two other daughters were estatic. I am low carb and they had keto bread. Just perfection I had a horseradish club and it was great. Don't walk run here. I'm willing to make a 40 minute one-way trip for it so incredible really hats off to The folks running it“
