“I couldn’t place order online for delivery and for some reason their website was down! I immediately called a spoke to friendly voice (Caleb) he took my order. He was extremely polite and helpful and was apologetic about their website being down! Hopefully they will get it fixed but overall 5+ stars for their service!“

“I recently had the best veggie sandwich at Subway, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The freshness of the ingredients really stood out—every bite was packed with crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and vibrant bell peppers.

“This is my favorite place in all of St. Charles. I come here pretty frequently since I’ve started working nearby.
Not once have I been disappointed with the food or service. You can tell it’s a small family owned joint and it always feels like home when I walk in.
If you’re in the area, you should DEFINITELY make it a priority to stop here.“

“We came in from out of town doing shopping and decided to try McAlisters. I got the jalapeño crunch sandwhich and my friend got the French dip sandwhich! Oh my gosh! We need one of these out by us because that was one of the best samdwhiches I’ve ever had lol! The manager, Jonathan, was so extremely kind to my friend and I. What a great experience. We will be back :)“

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. So patient and helpful. It was our first time here. It's probably family operated because everything had the same wonderful personality and smile.
The food...LOVED IT!! Delicious! I recommend the sweet and smoky chicken. The bread was fresh and soft. Ample chicken in the sandwich.
The dining area was modern and clean. The staff clears your table for you.
Make sure you down load the app for potential reward freebies or coupons.
