“Bharat is amazing at his job. Every time I come in he already knows my order.. Like today, I went in after a few months of not coming in and he STILL remembered what I get! This location is always very clean and the other staff is nice as well. Anytime Bharat makes my sandwich it's always top notch and he doesn't skimp out on portions either. I totally recommend this spot to everyone!“

“This is my favorite place in all of St. Charles. I come here pretty frequently since I’ve started working nearby.
Not once have I been disappointed with the food or service. You can tell it’s a small family owned joint and it always feels like home when I walk in.
If you’re in the area, you should DEFINITELY make it a priority to stop here.“

“Absolutely phenomenal experience at this restaurant. The guy working provided such good service and was really help in helping me decide what sandwich to get. He was also very friendly, even with the previous customer who kinda rude to him. This was on Saturday 7/13/24 at 6:00 PM.
On top of that, the food was great. The Wicked was a unique flavor that I haven’t had before and the exclusive Mtn Dew flavor: Vibe was pretty good. I even preferred ordered at this chain to somewhere like Subway because of the format. I hope that Which Wich replaces all Subways.“

“Caitlin, thanks for always being pleasant and making my day! The fact you remembered me after not seeing each other for a year as I used to see you at the st charles location was so uplifting! Thanks for being a great person… about 2 months ago I had another great experience with her and also Dom, who I think is GM and also a newer female employee who had just transferred and cooked up my philly steak, they were getting crushed on a Sunday and did awesome… so I’ve been visiting more recently and it’s just like the danny devito commercials and wanted to say I appreciated that moment as I avoided this location for awhile after not receiving the best quality and service years ago. I forward to coming through every time now!! Thanks!!!“
