“Amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s! Michelle was super friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted. The service was quick, the sandwich was fresh and tasted great, and the store was really clean. Michelle’s great customer service definitely stood out and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“TRY THE TACO SALAD!! It's a beatific crispy shell that's filled with fresh lettuce then ripped with your choice of meat accompanied with fresh guacamole, sour cream and tomatoes. It's a must try! The owner greets you with a genuine smile! They have done a nice re model over the years I've been coming. I'm going to be back very soon .“

“So I just stopped in the Culver’s here in South Elgin and there was a mistake on my order. I was not really upset or anything about it because I wasn’t certain if it was correct so I asked the young man Kevin that was working there and he did in fact say that my order was that correct and he promptly brought me a new sandwich and a box to take the old one home. The customer service is top-tier here the place is very clean and they cooked my food promptly and fixed any issues very promptly. I’m definitely coming back not just because of Kevin, but he is definitely a good employee. Thank you.“

“I placed an order online for pickup and I didn't catch the name of the gal but she has blue hair. She was totally on top of everything was handling all the online orders like a pro! The restaurant was packed - 5:30 on a Friday! People will were lined out the door. It was so full. Kudos to the three guys in the kitchen. They are Rockstars, did not crumble under pressure at all. Great Job!!“
