“First and foremost, the customer service from employees and especially Christian was superb! Your homemade sauces are the best I have had in a long time and everyone needs to know about this place! I went there today just to get some ranch dressing because it is on point and what ranch at it's best tastes like. Clean establishment, comfortable, simple and amazing food with kind and compassionate employees. Props to you all and I hope everyone in St.Charles trys your restaurant. “Ordered at the drive thru and took it home. Beef was awesome. One large fry is enough for 2+ people. Very impressed. Dare to say one of the best beef sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Will go back for sure.“

“I've been to this location several times. I have to say in my experience this mc Donald's has always gotten my order correct even when busy. The last couple of times I've been here the food has been very good. Nice and hot and tasted very fresh. And unlike some other locations my fries weren't over salted.the employees here have always been friendly as well.“

“This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted. I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! Thank God there are still some friendly humans in our communities. This man had an excellent attitude and personality, and provided great service. I will be back in the near future. Thank you to everyone working at this location.“

“Great play center in this one. Only feedback is sometimes our order isn’t 100% correct but they do their best to correct when it happens.This doesn’t affect the review at all but just an observation to the owner that the outside colors of the building could stand to be updated. The ketchup and mustard colors make me feel nauseous. Overall, we like being able to use the app here for mobile pickups. Proximity to Walmart is kinda ick too, but what can you do?“

“Absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. The ordering process was quick and easy, and my food was ready right on time. Great for a quick, satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!“

“We were at Portillos Friday February 27 after our basketball game. My friends and I were celebrating my birthday. There was a minor accident in the parking lot so there was some chaos. The manager handled everything so well and even gave us a cake for my birthday. I am a Portillos stockholder and wish all managers were like this.“
