“Listen, it's still a far cry from DP's original vision of Chicago street food. While I'd like to complement them on menu expansion and "franchise expansion" they are trying to rush a simple formula tried and true. It seems now more than ever, that they are more concerned with trinket expansion than food improvement. Service is still slow, which I could accept, if the food was still on point. Crisp fries are now soggy, orders are repeadly not right, and overall experience is missing the mark. I have hope, and still recommend Portillos to OUT visitors. That said, they can do better.“

“the only thing this location has that i do not care for, are the touch screen ordering only. i like to have plain water with my meal, but that's not offered on the digital menu board. also, sanitizer needs to be readily available due these touch screens. other than that, the food was delicious as always.“

“MOD PIZZA is awesome.

Mod pizza is such an excellent place to go. There’s so many varieties and combinations with all of their meat, veggies, sauces and toppings.

The staff at this location as many friendly and informative and hard-working. Our pizzas were prepared, accurately, and well fairly quickly.

The indoor seating at this location has many varieties. The bonus is that they have outdoor seating which could accompany parties of 12 to 15 people. It was clean and comfortable and great way and place to enjoy the pizza.

Wheelchair accessibility: I do not recall wheelchair accessible parking. The door is not wheelchair accessible since it isn't automatic, and it's also heavy. However, there is plenty of maneuver space inside and there also outdoor seating with plenty of space“

“Just want to share the staff has been extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I place orders during lunch now and then and I always go inside. I have been really impressed with the user experience. The staff is well above average, the building is always clean, and it's overall a friendly and positive experience. I leave happier than when I went in, and it's not because of the food. Very glad to have this McDonald's be a part of and represent our community.“

“The only Dairy Queen location around that uses the mobile app. You can order here for your mobile app orders none of the other Dairy Queens around allow mobile orders but they usually still will honor the mobile coupons but it's still not guaranteed. This place first of all smells amazing! Lol the ice cream from Dairy Queen is the best around it really doesn't matter which location all of the local ones I've visited are great and this one is no exception the employees are super friendly and the ice cream is always made perfectly and super thick the classic Dairy queen style. The mobile app always sends me notifications with great deals like just yesterday I cashed in a 2 for 3$ small shake they are normally over 3$ just for 1 shake. For my bday they always send me bogo blizzard or 3$ off cake coupons every year. I haven't had the food much but I will update once I give it a try. This location is super busy tho but all the local ones are so just expect that their may be a line and possibly no inside the store access or order pick up right now. But if you order inside pick up or window and not sure just go to drive thru and ask for your order there they don't mind handing it to you at the window but again just expect a wait. But. “This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted. I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! Thank God there are still some friendly humans in our communities. This man had an excellent attitude and personality, and provided great service. I will be back in the near future. Thank you to everyone working at this location.“

“Great play center in this one. Only feedback is sometimes our order isn’t 100% correct but they do their best to correct when it happens.This doesn’t affect the review at all but just an observation to the owner that the outside colors of the building could stand to be updated. The ketchup and mustard colors make me feel nauseous. Overall, we like being able to use the app here for mobile pickups. Proximity to Walmart is kinda ick too, but what can you do?“

Not too many Brown's Chicken around any more and so very HAPPY this one exists. Great staff, efficient and "IT TASTES BETTER ??" just as I remember from the late 70's & 80's.“
