“Great food, fast service, and a friendly atmosphere!

I recently had an order that included cold fries, but what really impressed me was how the manager handled the situation. He personally went out of his way to call me and make things right. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days!

Mistakes happen, but it's how a business responds that truly makes the difference. The manager went above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciate the effort.

“This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted. I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! Thank God there are still some friendly humans in our communities. This man had an excellent attitude and personality, and provided great service. I will be back in the near future. “We frequent this BK as it is the only one around, and because it is a very nice place. Always excellent customer service, clean tables, just amazing especially for a fast food place.We recently went through the drive through, and one item was left out. No biggie it happens, I called and they said to just mention it next time I was in and they'd take care of me. Well last night I was at Delnor ( local er) pretty late and missed dinner so I figured I would stop through and redeem my item. Not only did the person over the intercom in the drive through apologize for the mishap, they told me to pick any combo and they'd add it no charge. This was so nice, especially after spending a few hours and the ER.“

“The food and service were what I expect from Panda Express. Consistent recipes made fresh throughout the day. The staff was upbeat and the dining area was tidy.
The only down side i saw personally was that, on this occasion, the fountain drink mix seemed off, but as soon as I mentioned it, someone went to see if they could fix it. I hope it was better for those who came in after us. (My daughter mentioned that the bathroom facilities were lacking, but I didnt go in there, so I cant say.)“
