“We were at Portillos Friday February 27 after our basketball game. My friends and I were celebrating my birthday. There was a minor accident in the parking lot so there was some chaos. The manager handled everything so well and even gave us a cake for my birthday. I am a Portillos stockholder and wish all managers were like this.“

“This is a fun place to eat before going to a show. The staff is very nice and professional. There is a nice feeling in this restaurant. The food was slightly too high priced but good. I love Ron and want to support him in everything he does for us.“

Building is starting to look a bit run down, but service was great and even with a slightly longer wait than my party anticipated, we were provided with biscuits and extra macaroni with our meal. “My favorite Outlet Mall- Pros- Talbots is my favorite, the ladies in this store are so helpful and friendly. They also have a great selection of my other favorite stores such as Tommy, Nautica, Ralph Lauren and many others. I never am disappointed. Cons- parking lot is terrible. They sell premium spots which steals parking from all the rest of the malls customers who can’t find a spot- never seen this in any other mall lots. Restrooms- down long isolated halls. Does not feel safe on slow days when there are not many other shoppers around.“

She got a Chicago dog meal with fries and I got the bulldog trio which came with a Chicago dog, polish and a cowboy dog. The food was great and the owner and cashier were both friendly! We would drive a hour plus to come back and try again!“

“Chicago hotdogs, burgers, shakes, malts and desserts. Timeless American diner. I think their strawberry shortcake is 1 of the best. Seasonal flavors like lemon cake available. Must try if you are in Chicagoland. Tables could be cleaner though.“
