Had a few experiences here w the food being mediocre and them forgetting my straw fork ketchup etc thru the drive thru. Outside staff have been fast and friendly.All of the Portillos dining rooms are a senses assault...too much clutter on the walls, don't like the sticky table clothes, music's always too loud and I could do without it entirely because I can't ever hear who I'm sitting with. Very good food, quick, professional and prompt service. Rep put together the order quickly and organized the items very nicely. She explained the packaging and was very helpful and courteous.

wonderful portillo's. this was my first experience at a portillo's franchise and I had a wonderful time. the food was a little more expensive than anticipated but well worth it. there are not a lot of quality beef sandwiches at fast food places but portillo's delivers with both the italian beef sandwich and the beef and cheddar croissant. the strawberry shake was also delightful.
