I've never had a bad experience at Portillo's. I brought my Mom here from California. She was surprised at how inexpensive it was.
She had a hotdog with fries and I had a cheesy beef.
One thing we learned... while they do have gluten free separate fryer... ALL the oil from ALL the fryers goes through the SAME filtration system, which CONTAMINATES the oil! So people with celiac disease may be glutened!
