“Oh my goodness. You have to try this new restaurant. Open less than a week, but they really have it together. Went as group of four and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Three of us don’t eat meat. We were shocked by all the options we had. We decided to share so we could taste as many different dishes as possible. We enjoyed 2 appetizers, Tetela and Crostinis. Both were wonderful , but the fan favorites were the Crostinis with focaccia bread, roasted brussel sprouts, burrata cheese foam, hazelnuts, pesto, truffle honey, and basaltic glaze. The apple and beets salad was wonderful, as was our main coarse, cauliflower steak. My meat eating husband loved his Wagyu burger. We finished with the rice pudding and coconut desserts. They were both amazing and the presentation was beautiful, with edible greens and flowers. Chef Christian and his wife Sarah graciously explained everything. Their pride in this new venture was obvious. I strongly suggest you check out Enigma before it’s discovered and you can’t get a reservation.“

After we'd finished our meal, we found out it was his first day as a server - what!? You would have though he'd been doing this for years - he was ECXCELLENT! Thank you John for making our visit so wonderful. The friends I met there for dinner are really fun and we don't get to see each other very often. The calamari was crispy and fresh, the build your own pasta (fettuccine Alfredo) was a steaming hot huge portion with a delicious fresh cream and cheese sauce. The Caesar salad that came with the pasta was cold and crisp and fresh with a delicious creamy dressing. For dessert we had the spumoni gelato, which genuinely brought tears to my eyes as I hadn’t had it in maybe 28 years since I was a young child.. it was so good. All of it was just delicious, and the service was really great as well.. we had full drinks and bread on the table the whole time, the food came out quickly and was always hot/fresh.. great prices for such high quality food… yum!“

And barely any beef on the rest. The fries were mainly little pieces of potatoes. 1 inch to1 half inches of potatoes. It's hard to dip these pieces into the cheese, I purchased. Very disappointing.“

“We had a great experience here! Even though there was only one waitress working when we arrived (about an hour and a half before closing), service was still quick and friendly. The food came out hot, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Our waitress was thoughtful enough to let us know the salsa had some heat, and even offered to put it on the side. It was definitely spicy but so tasty, and I ended up adding it to my dish anyway.

Overall, we really enjoyed both the food and service, and I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in town.“

I walked in, saw my name on the screen and picked up my order from the counter without any wait. Even after the 15min drive home, the hot items were still warm and tasty and the cold sandwich was yummy too. This Panera doesn't have a direct entry/exit to the main roads but it's not hard to get to and has plenty of parking.“
