Most people get nervous when they see that many teens piling in, but Quinn (one of the managers) and all of the staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful. We got our food very fast and the quality was not lost with the speed. Thank you for great service!“
“We are huge fans of McAlister's Deli in Elgin! The food is consistently excellent, and their service is always top-notch. Whether it's their delicious sandwiches, salads, or soups, we've never been disappointed with the quality.However, I must mention that there have been a few occasions where our pick-up orders were not quite right. While it hasn't been a major issue, it's something worth noting and super annoying. Despite this occasional hiccup, the staff at McAlister's is always friendly and accommodating.Overall, McAlister's Deli is still our go-to spot for a satisfying meal with great service. We'll continue to dine here and hope to see a bit more consistency with pick-up orders in the future. Keep up the good work!“
“Food - pretty good! We got the Mediterranean bowl and the coconut chicken curry bowl. 10/10 recommend the Mediterranean bowl, curry bowl was 8/10 Service - pretty simple, you walk right up and order! I'd say it was pretty quick and not busy at all (Wednesday afternoon) Ambiance - we LOVED the inside of this little food hall. We're from Texas and felt like we found a little gem inside downtown Elgin! We would definitely go back!“
“I cannot rate the atmosphere, because we ordered for delivery. We ordered a 16 inch, thin crust pie for dinner. The estimated time was 45-60 minutes, but it arrived in 25. It was hot and delicious, and we will order again.Parking: If it's busy, you are going to have to walk a bit from your car, unless you are just picking up your order. Most people just pull up to the curb for that and run in. I always park, so I am out of the way, and at dinner time I have to park in the lot across from the building.“

“Olde Towne Inn is a welcoming and comfortable neighborhood bar; The atmosphere is chill and cool. The staff is friendly, happy and attentive. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. There is a diverse crowd and that makes it even more fun. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced, they have different deals on different nights. I Love this place and will continue to visit.“
“I accidentally ordered from the Panera in Algonquin. Without knowing, I want to the Panera in Elgin off of Randall road. I didn’t get her name but one of the employees there was very sweet. She made sure we got our order and did not charge us even though it was our fault. We received our food very quickly and there was good costumer service.“
“wonderful portillo's. this was my first experience at a portillo's franchise and I had a wonderful time. the food was a little more expensive than anticipated but well worth it. there are not a lot of quality beef sandwiches at fast food places but portillo's delivers with both the italian beef sandwich and the beef and cheddar croissant. the strawberry shake was also delightful. I am not the biggest fan of the fries but I subscribe to the belief that nobody does crinkle cut like Dave's Hot Chicken. the ambiance of the restaurant was also lovely.“
“The Japanese Pan Noodles are good but the meat portions are too small. It seems they are giving smaller and smaller food portions and it’s very disappointing. 3 years ago you could fill up on the noodles and meat, but nowadays the food portions are smaller and almost no meat and almost no sauce. Prices have gone up but food portions have shrunk drastically.“
“I work in the area and was looking for a sandwich shop that wasn't a chain (jimmy johns, subway, etc..) so I decided to try this place out a few weeks ago. I've been here several times now to grab lunch and it has been wonderful. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Prices are extremely reasonable. The bread they use is incredible. Highly recommend checking this place out.“
