5�s, Panera! I ordered a panini and quinoa bowl for dinner / lunch tomorrow. Got to the car and found she thought I wanted a U pick 2 and only got a 1/2 panini �. Went back in and asked her and manager over heard. I said ok, if I didn’t pay for it then that’s ok. Manager Insisted on making me the other half and he threw in a bag of chips. Now that’s customer service. Thank you!!! �
This time the service was rather slow. It was very obvious that the online orders were taking precedence over the on-site orders. I waiting longer than usual. I didn't get my chips either! Fortunately I really enjoyed Panera!
This location is always spot on with the food, service, cleanliness and friendliness. All of the staff keeps up with the orders and if they run out of something they will try and compensate. Shout out to Amy and her crew! Kudos!
