5�s, Panera! I ordered a panini and quinoa bowl for dinner / lunch tomorrow. Got to the car and found she thought I wanted a U pick 2 and only got a 1/2 panini �. Went back in and asked her and manager over heard. I said ok, if I didn’t pay for it then that’s ok. Manager Insisted on making me the other half and he threw in a bag of chips. Now that’s customer service. Thank you!!! �
This location is always spot on with the food, service, cleanliness and friendliness. All of the staff keeps up with the orders and if they run out of something they will try and compensate. Shout out to Amy and her crew! Kudos!
Went with my 83 year old Dad and 12 year old daughter! We all tried new things. I had the carnitas bowl with the spicy steak stacker. Daughter had her favorite broccoli cheddar soup with the Cesar salad stuffer. Dad had French onion soup and the cheesesteak sandwich. They were all delicious and we would eat them again.
