Rapid pick up is not worth it here. Do not recommend ordering online to go. They don’t even notify you if they are out of a product and never meet the order time as promised.

I can't count on this place to make something as simple as a breakfast sandwich in a reliable amount of time any more. The children they have working the line now are slow as snails, whether it's busy or not. Came in at my usual time and left 15 minutes late to work.

Place an order once arriving to the store. I had asked the front desk that one of the entrees I wanted to make your had no cilantro. She said they can make the dish without cilantro. Once I came home, I noticed that the rice had cilantro in it and they had forgotten one of my entrees. I was livid. I called the store and the manager told me that the entry was unfortunately never put in the bag. He also claimed that even though they can make the meal without cilantro that the rice had cilantro pre mixed in with it and they couldn't take it out. So now I had one entry I couldn't eat and one entree that was missing. The manager took all my information down and said that he would send me a refund which never happened. I will never go back here again!

I’ve been going to this Panera for as long as I can remember. Today my service was less than satisfactory. I ordered a bowl of soup on the kiosk and proceeded to wait almost 10 minutes for it to be ready. Mind you, there were no other orders as far as I could see and the two boys behind the counter were too concerned with calling each other fat and goofing off. Very unprofessional. There was one girl that stepped in and gave me my order. However, when I finally received it, I was dissatisfied to see that the bowl wasn’t even filled up all the way. My “bowl” looked more like a cup. Very disappointing.

Called to place an order to go. At the end he said if he can have my card info, I told him that i apologize I'm driving can I pay when I get there. He said okay that's fine. Took lots of pauses during the phone conversation, he didn't seem like he was trained on how how handle this situation maybe? Told me it'll be ready in 20 mins. I show up 20 mins later. When I get there, they ring me in and say I'm all set, so I ask where the food is, they go "oh they're making it, we will call you when it's ready because we can't place orders without card info. He could have told me that on the phone instead of wasting 10 mins on the phone placing an order for me to get there, and realize they couldn't make my order.

Don't usually do reviews but this has happened before. We ordered two salads and two sandwiches. They shorted us a sandwich and the other was not the one we ordered. Plus no utensils. Seems like this happens too often

Staff tries hard to manage flow of people on Sunday mornings after 10:30 when many come from a nearby church .. usually only one register open and coffee constantly running out . A group of us find this every Sunday .. realize the shortage of employees but there seems to be no solution. Hopefully with more expressing their frustration things will change .. we are hopeful And praise for the lonely cashier who tries to keep smiling.
